I eventually managed to get a place in the queue. Estimated waiting time of an hour. Can’t see any tickets being left!

I managed to get through to somebody and got it sorted!

I have had no luck getting through to speak to anybody. When I press option 1 it always goes to an engaged tone. Has anyone got any tips on how to speak to an actual person?

Thanks ScottinCarlisle. I have been trying to phone but when you press the number of the ticket people it immediately goes engaged. I will keep trying!

Does anyone know if kids (new member) are eligible to buy the 4 ticket package. When I try to do this I get a message saying they are not eligible. But if that was the case what’s the point in them being members?

My mate and his son have just got supporters club memberships. His tickets were bought ok but he got a message saying his son cannot purchase the package unless they have previously purchased Scotland supporters club 2020-2021. did anyone else get this message?

My 8 year old is playing football from 11-12. It’s going to be bloody tight to make kick off!

Does anyone know who to call to change a child ticket to an adult ticket. I called SFA customer service on 0161-616-6000 but the recorded message said the office is only open Mon to Fri 9-5 which doesn’t help for tomorrow.
