Letting the kids play the playstation in the living room tonight and the 4 of us are going to get a few games of sonic. Will crack open a few cloudy strongbows and a bit of Oasis live once they're in bed. Making the most of a shite situation tonight at least then need to decide if I'm going to let them see my elderly mum on sunday for mother's day.

Do office work for a private healthcare company, just found out today that we're clearing the beds to work along NHS so now classed as a key worker which give us access to avoiding to the supermarkets at set times and avoid the lunatics and their panic buying, but more importantly gives me the option to keep my son in school, which is very welcome after him being in tears this morning at it being closed down.

If you paid direct to the airline, and not a 3rd party like I did with Thomas Cook, chargeback scheme should cover you. You just need written confirmation from the airline they are not refunding you or offering an alternative. Then call your bank and say you want to apply for chargeback scheme. They will take the details and deal with it.
Never heard of that (which is probably a good thing) but will look into it. Thanks for the tip

I know, wasnt really meaning it was summer as such but emphasising how busy it was.
