Could be a hiding.
sad state of affairs that I have to say this but the only chance United have of avoiding a hiding is to boot fuck out them. 😧

Christian and religious crackpots polluting football message boards with tedious cuntishness.

Yeah the tardelli celebration was one that sticks in the mind.

Watched No Stone Unturned; the story of the ‘investigation’ into the massacre in Ireland where the UVF shot innocents watching the Italy v Ireland World Cup 94 game.
Predictably the British State does not come out of it very well .
Horrendous for the victims and family

On the back of the Cyrille Regis thread and Thistle Whistles depressingly accurate thread about football being a bit shit these days, what images and events tend to stick in your mind when you were growing up. Some of them for me are quite random
George Berry from Wolves and his huge afro.
The name 'John Cheidozie'
Coventry's strip
The Arsenal v Man United 1979 cup final
'Derek Stark, what a thumper !' Arthur Montford commentating when United beat Roma in the first leg of the European Cup semi final.
'Go on Jim, give us a smile ' Archie Mcpherson commentating when United won the league at Dens.
The Peru strip
Peter McLoy swinging from the cross bar in a cup final
Happy days, funny the things that stick.

For me, he was one of those players/images that sticks in your mind as a football daft boy growing up in the 70's. Wearing that green and yellow away strip. Probably iconic for the Baggies

Actually, I would probably add Sutton to the list
There is no doubt he is a complete wind up merchant and a bit of a dick but he is entertaining and he has a genuine love for our game. One of few that at least fights its corner in the UK wide media

Is Rix still employed within the game?
Last I heard he was doing Malky Mackay’s PR. That was a while ago mind you.

Cosgrove, Michael Stewart and Tom English are the best we have in Scotland in my opinion. Speirs comes across as a bit pretentious at times but still Decent. Steven Thompson is decent as well.
The rest need shot.

Fixed it for you, GMC
You may be right but it would take some outrageous levels of 'medical science ' to make Sterling or Stones good enough to justify their price tag.

The Pacific is brilliant, but my advice would be to not do what I did and go into it expecting Band of Brothers 2. I was disappointed with it, and I didn't really get it until I watched it a second time. Rami Malek is brilliant in it (on a side note he knows my niece, who is an actress, and got her a part in the upcoming Freddie Mercury biopic). It covers issues that Band of Brothers only touches on, such as post-traumatic stress disorder.
There's only about 10 of the Band of Brothers guys left now. The last of the main one from the series, Don Malarkey, died last year. There used to be a Wikipedia page listing all those still alive, but it came down (or was taken down).
A third series, about air crews, called Masters of the Air or The Mighty Eighth, has been mentioned for a long time but never meterialised. Hopefully it finally gets to our screens this year.

I was a bit disappointed by The Pacific as well, perhaps as a result of Band of Brothers setting the bar so high. One major difference for me was the quality of the acting. I thought two of the main characters in the Pacific (Leckie and Sledge) were not the best or most convincing of actors. Not saying they were bad, just not great.
Was still a great series though.

Don't take life too seriously. When you see a dug wi it's heid oot the car window it's not thinking about what speed the cars doing or why the wind is making his ears flap aboot. It's no even thinking about whether a juggernaut could come the other way and take its heid aff. He's just sitting sooking it aw in
As Limmy says "be like the dug"
Thank fuck we've cleared that one up

When you hear a nationality mentioned you can go total snowflake and be holier than thou, get up on that pedestal and take the moral high ground. Is that not how it works nowadays?
I’ve read that twice and Im afraid, in relation to my earlier post, I honestly have no idea what your position or point is so Ill leave it there.

What about celebrating just before he scores v Sevco...

As bad as we were in the final against St J, I will always have great memories of that game and that goal. A brilliant day at Ibrox for United fans.
On Cifti, he kind of split United fans, he is capable of winning a game single handed when fit however I found him very frustrating. He is clearly a bit unhinged, a huffy bastard and to be honest a bit of a cock. His constant stopping and throwing his hands in the air when things don’t work out was infuriating.
To summarise; a talented arsehole.

Gomorrah series 3 starting on Sky at the end of the month. I think the first two series are on Sky Go and available from the usual outlets and I don't think it's an over exaggeration to say it's one of the best TV shows to come out in the last decade.
Gomorrah is superb. On a very similar theme, Suburra on Netlflix is also well worth watching

Firstly, did you not get cash from Robertson going to Liverpool?
Secondly, fuck off - that performance cost me £94
Firstly, any cash from the Robertson sale will be used to pay off ‘any of the multiple ‘soft loans’, either that or sexual deviant Thompson will put it toward a condo on Bondai Beach. 😡
Secondly, YOU fuck off - serves you right . 😀😜

After the horsing from Falkirk at the weekend and losing our two key players I think United can kiss promotion good bye for another season. This seasons goal now is to avoid admin before Rangers

Still to watch : Power, Suits.
Power - semi watchable cliched nonsense with some awful acting. Leading lady not shy in getting the goods out.
Suits - gave up after 1 series. Hammy and Shmaltzy. For an American legal drama give Damages a go. Pretty good, much more grit.

You would think this latest utter farce would be enough to see a few resignations. But it wont.
These parasites are the lowest of the low, no other industry or profession would tolerate this nonsense
