I'd send Benkovic and Burke back tomorrow as well, another two that have done very little but hold back actual Celtic players from progressing. Don't fret though, the manager will be out to tell us that this we will learn from this defeat whilst displaying no evidence of such in next year's European games.

Benkovic was a very necessary signing at the time he was brought in and Burke gives us a different option when playing up front. I also think he's likely to stay for another 12 months after this loan spell.

Wasn't so long ago we had to play a teenage winger up front against the huns. Burke was another necessary signing.

The thing that tickles me is in reports in the daily record saying 6 Brits have been arrested. No doubt more Brits will be arrested today and tonight. I will try and get an accurate amount of Brits arrested for the sake of macy. Ohhhh the irony 😂

Maybe the huns will throw them a parade before the next home game. Have Jimmy Bell abseil from the roof with the match ball in their honour or something

    3 x tickets bought.

Really quick and easy . Is this the new updated system working or was it pot luck?

Wouldn't let me buy more than one at a time.

Tried to add the friends and family option but kept saying something like "you are only allowed maximum one item in your basket, you have two" and I had to buy them individually.

I can see a lot of people turning their back on our game.  I'm beginning to get sick of it myself.  Can't see Steve Clarke hanging around for much longer.

That's the impression I got. I thought he'd be a likely replacement for Brendan Rodgers at Celtic (possibly this summer) but after watching that I wouldn't be surprised to see him back down south. Don't think he'll be short if offers after what he's done at Killie

Not specifically aimed at you, I’m a bit disappointed Macy hasn’t taken the bait yet.

My experience of Spanish cops was that they stood back and left us be, but I certainly had the impression there would be no fucking about if anything started. I’m 90% sure it was the same boozer with the Guinness umbrellas on the pavement we were in.

Fair enough. Perhaps they don't bother with smaller crowds

You only have to look at the videos of the Catalan people trying to vote for evidence that they aren't shy in attacking for fuck all. But, like I said, I'm not there so don't know if that was the case or not.

I’ve seen the videos of Celtic fans fighting police, and I made it clear it was my own assertion their would be a larger than normal ned element travelling.

The bigot bar story is a bit fishy, it’s very much implied it’s been Celtic fans and it would be a coincidence it happens when Celtic are in town, hopefully they catch the culprits on CCTV, but would be a convenient cover story for an insurance job, I’ll give you that.

Spanish police have got a reputation for being a touch heavy handed.

When we went to the Motherwell game we drank in that pub on the day of the match and the police sat in their vans at the other side of the road and left us alone.

I don’t see the police firing rubber bullets at football fans for singing rebel songs or spilling drinks.

    for non Celtic fans 2+2 = 5

Celtic fans 2+2 = 0, nothing, YouTube or it didn’t happen.

I didn't say it didn't happen, I just asked where you saw it.  Motherwell fan + simple question= denial

I've yet to see fans fighting with police, I've seen plenty getting hit with batons and had rubber bullets fired at them, and I know through experience that the Spanish coppers don't need much of an invitation to attack football fans.

Forgive me if I don't just assume that the Celtic fans must be rampaging and burning down pubs without at least questioning your source, I'll just jump on the bandwagon next time

I’ll let him answer the specifics, I only noticed the regular newspapers reporting bother.

I noticed the sensational headlines too. A quick read of the actual story doesn't mention anything about Celtic fans being responsible though.

Rangers bar ‘set on fire’ in Benidorm as thousands of Celtic fans head to Valencia for Europa League clash

The red card wouldn't really have affected the result imo.  Not when Morelos is on fire like that.  Contender for European Golden Boot.

    Is he really? That's impressive.

Where can I find this information? because I can only see this site, which has him in 169th place for it https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/statistik/goldenerschuh

I'm sure you'll be right and they'll be wrong though.

Ya eejit, u realise the board watchers are sitting with popcorn loving it and giving you tims a point for every whataboutery statement u make don't you?  And don't ask me how many you and Scotland Ever more have totalled so far cos I DON'T KNOW!!  😆

I don't think I've indulged in any whataboutery, unless they've changed the meaning of it, but I'm happy for you to prove me wrong.

I'm not bothered in the slightest by some wee neds breaking some seats. Nor do I care which team they support. It's arsehole behaviour for anybody.

It's the blatant hypocrisy of some Celtic fans, like you, who froth with indignation every time a Rangers supporter farts in public yet is pathologically unable criticise the same behaviour in Celtic fans. That's why I keep responding.

Th GFiTW shite was started by Celtic fans but is now used to lambast. The only people who use it are those taking the piss out of the GFiTW. I'd have expected you to know that.

I love how you know my mates. I don't remember introducing you to them. Mind you my memory isn't the best on a night out.

Would you care to give me an example of a time I frothed at the mouth over Rangers fans behaviour? I think you'll find I rarely comment on anything to do with the daft cunts, other than laugh at them when they get beat or embarrass themselves.

Terribly sorry. That's what your general deflections and sweeping gives the impression of.

Being literal, you appear think it's acceptable as you say its OK because Celtic will pay to fix it.

So you are excusing it. Better?

It's interesting that I get called a Hun on here but the folk who behave like huns are the self proclaimed GFITY. Perhaps that title needs transferred. What do you think?

I didn't say it was "acceptable" and they probably should be more careful but I do find it pathetic that a grown man (I assume you are a grown man) is still pretending to be so upset about a few chairs being broken 4 days after the game. It's clear that this is only an issue to you because it's Celtic fans.

As for your (hilarious) gfitw patter, I don't know a single person who goes to games and used that shite, or believes it. Only Celtic das on twitter and middle aged women who have dogs called Henrik and Lubo.

Maybe your Celtic mates in the police use it though, but they aren't real Celtic fans either, so my point still stands.

Better than blatantly lying, yes, but you're still talking shite.

Try and stick to what I actually said and not want you want to believe I said to suit your argument, Hunocchio.

Their fans forced change before they went tits up as they had the foresight to see that the board was killing the club.

Rangers fans lorded up David Murray spending money that was never there, then lapped up Craig Whyte with his salesmans pitch.

They even bought into Chuck Greens pish for god sake!

That's not very fair. Who wouldn't have faith in a guy like this?

I find it pathetic that a grown man (I'm assuming you are an adult) thinks vandalism is funny. Or that anyone would promote singing sectarian songs.

You obviously enjoy football but are happy to take part in all of the worst excesses of the crowd mentality half wits.

I don't need to say anymore as your own posts show you up, time and again.

Who says vandalism is funny? Or is this another one of your famous lies that people talk about?
