  1. Great buzz about for the game on Sunday. Fai have put in some work to help enhance the atmosphere (1st time for everything) and a lot of people are confident we can get the result. We were very poor against Scotland was obvious we were setup to not lose that game and a draw be good result (not opinion of most fans) Poland have several 1st team players out for this game and honestly do fancy us to go out an attack them from the start and take the 3 points (might regret this comment come Sunday night) if we get the 3 points really sets up a massive game in June against Scotland
  2. Try ybig.ie or if you are on Facebook the Republic of Ireland fans forum be a good option. Another site you be able to sell them on would be toutless.ie site were can sell event/sport tickets
  3. They will not want any English fans in the hone end for the game in June. After their last visit over here (1995) there will be high level of security around the game. The game has a 1pm kickoff to avoid fans being on the drink hours before kickoff.Would ask any scots who buy the duo tickets to try sell the English ticket on the Ireland football forum ybig.ie and also there is a number of Facebook groups for irish fans. Would say you be able to sell tickets on these no bother know always people on the Republic of Ireland fans forum (Facebook page) looking for tickets Edit: should of said be absolutely no bother with Scottish fans being in the home end at the following weekends game
  4. I'd be 100% confident in saying that sfa will not get anymore tickets. In my opinion this is delaney and fai trying to win fans back after the mess up for Glasgow and then the incident at the USA game when fans had a protest Anyone who has bought a season ticket or a 3 or 2 game package will have seats allocated to them and will be the same seat for all games. As I said should we get a result on Sunday I'd expect less than the 7000 tickets to go on general sale. The fai will run presales for this game again which let's all season ticket holders and vantage club members to buy 4 extra tickets per season ticket. These will be held before tickets go on general sale at all. There is a bit of hype around the upcoming games and if we get the result Sunday this will only increase for games in June
  5. Just to add to the info already given by GTR , the sandymount hotel is always a good place to meet up pre game. It normally has a band playing outside and it's here that a lot of the Ireland supporter clubs meet up pre game. It about 5-10 minute walk to the away end in the aviva and a lot of good bars around the extended area. Couldn't be in a much better place to soak up the prematch atmosphere
  6. As said before on here expect the fai to hold of general sale for as long as they. Only limited number of them 2 game package tickets on sale as well. Before the poland tickets went on general sale we had sold 43000 tickets for the game ( a lot of that 43000 was season tickets and 3 game tickets) so them seats are already sold for Scotland as well no matter the result on SundayIf we win on Sunday would expect less than the 7000 that was available in general sale for poland to be available for our game in June. If we lose Sunday be looking at a similar number being available. Big interest in the games this year and great buzz about this week before the poland game
  7. To any normal person that would of been so easy to do but unfortunately we have some clowns in power in the fai and seems the sfa are similar. To be fair us irish fans got the better end of the deal as could buy home end tickets in Glasgow for £35/£45 where as at the minute the only tickets available to yous are the premium tickets starting at €100 and would imagine there won't be many left at that price. The only positive thing to say about either fa is at least the sfa allocating their tickets fairly using the points system. Fai have nothing like that in place and large number of us fans that go to majority of games got shafted for the game in Glasgow and then got treated extremely badly when tried to show our anger during a protest at the USA friendly
  8. Where in donegal is the stag on. Airport isn't easy got to and can take 1 1/2 hours from some parts of the county which would see you half way to Dublin. I myself will be getting the bus down Saturday morning. Takes roughly 4 hours and is €31 return (that's with bus eireann can be got a little cheaper if buy ticket online)
  9. The hospitality tickets are sold via the thg company not directly through fai (as fair I'm aware anyway) the general admission tickets will be much cheaper priced at 30,50,70 (actually no 30 tickets went on sale for the poland game as were all bought up via season tickets and 3 matchs pack)If numbers mentioned on here are to believed 1500 hospitality tickets have been bought by Scottish fans, if you add that to your offical allocation that means less than 5000 scots have tickets. Considering I expect yous to bring between 10-15 thousand that still leaves a lot without tickets and not everyone can afford the prices for premium level. Should fai go down the presale route again could be a few left without tickets. Something that wouldn't of happened if both FA's worked together back in November
  10. Will be a while yet before they go on general sale on ticketmaster. The fai will do everything they can to limit the number of Scottish fans in the home end. Would imagine they will run several presales like they did for the poland game. They managed to sell roughly 43000 tickets before putting them on general sale (figure includes season tickets, 3 game pack, tickets sold via clubs and then the presale tickets for season ticket holders and clubs) only tickets left for that game now are the €120 premium tickets
