Front page of the Daily Mail "Seriously Nasty Party"
(oddly enough the report omits reports of intimidation from the No side)
Fortunately I don't think it has many undecideds among its readership
-
Jeane's a great asset, Labour member, former adviser to Jack McConnell, exemplifies the cross party nature of Yes...
-
A couple of the papers claimed that Judy Murray supports the union and hates Salmond but they didn't provide very convincing sources, usual "friend of the family says..."
Not a lot of hate evident here...
-
Who's the sour faced Yes lady on Newsnight ?
Jean Freeman
-
Greenock says Ves!
-
Good coverage on C4 News...
-
They are not proposing Devo max.
-
All I am seeing is the Herald shitting it.
Aye reading their editorial it was a bit "maybes aye maybes naw".
Mind you with Magnus Gardham as political editor the Herald was never going to favour Yes overtly...
-
It's being splashed all over the papers just now, as if somehow the Cringers have won already.
Is this some kind of ploy to manipulate the vote ?
Let's hope it keeps many NO voters at hame, or has some saying "AFI might as well vote Yes if they're beat"...
-
Aye, the papers do what their paymasters tell them, I'm amazed that even one has come out for Yes.
As Tommy said, this is about the millions not the millionaires...
-
The Scotland on Sunday was a decent read this week despite running an editorial backing No.
I doubt the Herald headline on Thursday will be of Daily Mail proportions...
-
Not a fan of either but physical abuse of a campaigning opponent is out of order (IF it happened)...
-
They have an updated tweet from that Clyde. 55% Yes.
-
Surprised it's not illegal to do that with an election!
I'm wondering which side will benefit most from news like this leaking out?...
-
You always look such a twat when you forget it's a left hand drive car don't you...
-
Aye an old fella on GMS arguing with David Steel "this isn't Devo Max, it's Devo MIN!"
Lord Steel disagreed of course, then preceded to say that the proposals weren't enough and he would prefer to go much further
-
I posted that just as I started watching Newsnight. What genius thought it was a good idea to broadcast from an outdoor studio in Broughty Ferry at closing time? A constant stream of nutters shouting in the distance as folk were speaking...

1) rUK would have a bigger embassy network
2) you would be able to lose 1 passport on a drunken TA trip and still have a backup
3) you may feel ever so slightly more like James Bond by having multiple passports
We need to emphasise points like 2) and 3) above, should've been in the White Paper...
-
I see that today, three Westminster politicians have made a "vow".
Mr Clegg, how did your last pledge go? #studentfees
"I'm so so sorry"...
-
Did somebody not have a picture of a saltire teh day before we won in Paris. Its an omen.
Was the day of the 98 World Cup opener IIRC, so not really an omen afterall...
-
Been furiously channel hopping for the last couple of hours: News at 10, BBC News, Scotland 2014, Scotland Tonight, Kevin Bridges and now on to Newsnight.
Total overload but it's been fairly balanced stuff from what I've seen...
-
Anybody see him on Scotland Tonight there? Dearie me what a bitter man....
-
The YES ones really cheer you up, but it’s the total absence of posters in most windows that makes me wonder how strong or widespread the support is.
I know a lot of Yes people and virtually none of them have signs in the window or on cars etc...
Work in Aberdeen, live in the shire. I'm absolutely convinced it'll be a No in both by 55+.
Many yes signs everywhere, but everyone I speak to are dead against salmond /snp and fearful of separation.
Bit odd given that's the area of his constituency
-
I reckon she's a Yes voter, just trying to hard too hide it...
