  1. Deila deserves a huge amount of credit for the levels of fitness. In the early days when things were't going well, he didn't flinch & stuck to his guns that our players should be proper athletes. Getting everyone to buy into that can't have been easy when the results weren't happening. It's very refreshing to see.
  2. I'd fully expect gloating from the Aberdeen fans on here if things had panned out differently. It's part & parcel.
  3. At 1-0, you're still in the game. He gambled far too early. Should have tried to keep it tight until the last 10/15 mins, then go for it. A point would have kept the league alive. McInnes got ahead of himself & it backfired spectacularly.
  4. Another routine win against lesser opposition. Disappointing not to have scored a more in the second half, but unlikely it'll come down to goal difference. McInnes in particular was shown up today. Presumably he read some of the ridiculous comments on here about how good his side were & tried to chase the game in the 2nd half. Thanks for that, Del! Anyway, I look forward to hearing from Rossy, Parklife & co. A simple "well done" for today & a few words on how wrong they were about Deila will do fine.
  5. What a belter of a thread - perhaps the most ridiculous I've ever read on here, which is saying something. For all I've spent most of the last few years winding up yourself, Larky & Eddard, I don't remember it ever getting personal. Some really disappointing stuff from the Aberdeen fans on here of late though & I don't blame EK for getting to the stage he's had enough. It's just fitba FFS & hopefully it's a good game today, which we can all have a bit of banter about.
  6. Would certainly be an improvement. Again, this racism business - it's like you Aberdeen fans want to keep harping on about it. Can we try & keep this thread about Shaleum Narval the player?
  7. Fair enough - no-one remembers much about beaten semi finalists. He's the weak link in an otherwise solid back 4. I'm sure we'll target him.
  8. He's got a bit of pace, but he's suspect positionally. Will likely be up against Armstrong, who'll drag him all over the place. Let's just hope he handles himself better if we win (again).
  9. Why? He might pick me up wrong, tell the captain & I might get in bother for something I haven't said. You can't be too careful these days. Anyway, don't get my thread sidetracked. I don't rate him as a player & that's what I'd rather we all discussed.
  10. I thought the Championship was being billed as the greatest league of all time before a ball was kicked?
  11. 4 goals in 2 games against Aberdeen this season - he's the weak link in their side in my opinion. Better not boo him - you never know what he might think he hears!
  12. Very overrated player in my opinion. I've seen Aberdeen a few times this season & if they are to challenge for honours, they need a far better right back. I can understand why Brentford let him go.
  13. The folk on here who actually know me will know I couldn't be less of a plastic paddy if I tried, so it wasn't welcome. Some of the other stuff folk are coming out with is getting out of hand. Used to be good to come on here for friendly banter, but I'd probably be as well signing up for Rangers Media if this is the way it's going.
  14. Looking forward to Sunday. First genuinely important game for us in the league in years. Fair play to Aberdeen. Our form has been good for a while, so they're up there on merit. We're a much better side than the last game up the road where they really should have won. We should win by a couple.
  15. Saville, Torbett, Cairney, being called a fenian, plastic paddy, IRA FC....all seems to be fair game now. I take the piss out the bears & Aberdeen fans more than most & more than happy to take it back, but this shite isn't funny. Seems a lot is fair game now as long as you don't upset the usual suspects. Maybe the Mods want the TAMB to be a Unionist zone.
  16. Gave a good account of ourselves over 2 legs & that was all I was after to see how we'd developed since the start of the season. Thought the 2 yellows on VVD were harsh, but playing with fire already on a yellow & chances are he'd have gone eventually. 11 v 11, I fancied us to win, but it was over as a contest after that. We'd have crumbled & lost several a man down earlier in the season, so happy how we handled the situation. Another half hour wouldn't have done us any favours, so onwards & upwards for Sunday.
  17. I got a couple of days in the cooler for suggesting everyone watching the news that night / the next day would think all Scattish fit fans were fat, baldy, heavily tattooed louts. Thought it was a bit harsh - I doubt even a Rangerz man like yersel was offended!
  18. Until last week, I didn't know a hun who found the term "hun" offensive. If they're being honest, they'll admit they don't actually find it offensive, but it's the best thing they can come up with to get the finger of blame wagged at Celtic.
  19. This from someone with 11,600 more posts than me on here ha ha ha! I had a season ticket for several years, but the lack of Saturday 3pm kick offs & the cost eventually put me off. I still go to the Scotland games though. If I see you at one, you can tell me off for not wearing a feather - I'm guessing you're the type
  20. Bitter & clueless. Still bitter at Deila's fist pumps up the road a while ago & clueless with his ramblings about Deila being a dud & GMS not being up to it. Roll on next Sunday. Do we get to keep when we beat them for the 3rd time this season?
  21. So Rossy has us "scraping" a 4-0 win & isn't convinced by GMS, despite him being excellent since signing Clueless sheep ha ha ha
  22. From predictions for the Inter game, to in-game chat, to post match discussion, then right into the twilight zone - classic TAMB
