Gallagher out on loan as well Looks like Ally is dismantling our youth policy before midnight.
-
Gallagher, Gasparotto,Stoney,Crawford and Walsh join Cowdenbeath,Airdrie,Stranraer,Morton and Stenny on loan from Rangers today.
-
Are you throwing UK Gilts on this bond fire? One can imagine lots of torches being thrown onto said fire on a cold September evening to the tune of Cap In Hand.
-
Just seen on twitter that James McArthur could be on his way to Palace for around £7m. Hamilton will get a cut of that.
-
Murray on tonight so I will be watching that
Sky's spendathon is Second only to Sportsound's farcical coverage in years gone by.Thankfully the latter ditched their through the night coverage which probably devastated chic young.

where did I say it was a bad thing? And that is a bad thing because?
-
eh no. I am asking a question about getting the best out of the activity. Long distance running tends to lead to long distance jogging. Are you seriously asking if running does anything for your fitness?
-
Alas, I shall be forced to watch this one from a roasting hot bar in Lanzarote with freezing cold beer at one Euro per pint rather than being in Kirkcaldy.
I think thats a better option to be honest.
-
Does long distance running actually do anything for you in terms of fitness and CV? I would imagine the optimum run distance would be around 10km for most " fun" runners in terms of a combination of speed and cv work. Sprint work at lower distances enables you to vary your routine a bit.

its incredible that Ally, Ally and Wallace, Sommer and the new finance guy are taking a £1.2m plus out of club and we are told that we are close to admin. With the greatest respect to your mates, they are either very ignorant to the whole situation or they don't have a brain between them if they think/thought like that.
Like Wolf, I don't know a single Rangers fan that thinks our current wage bill is acceptable and I personally know a bus load that have stopped going altogether by way of protest at the whole situation. It is an utter shambles from top to bottom and it wasn't any different 6 months ago. If they couldn't see that then they are seriously deluded.

4-2 now[/quote really impressed with Sociedad. Madrid defending is very poor though.
-
-
Sociedad come back from 2-0 down to lead 3-2. Great game with 20 mins to play.

have you listened to what he is saying? The father thinks he knows better than the oncologists. He sounds like a mild-mannered nutcase.
-
Why have these people been treated like criminals and been arrested under a warrant for neglect? spokesperson for Hamps Police unrepentant. The father has put his case on YouTube. Have a look at it.

13/15 and a win over Celtic is pretty decent. What was their pts tally after 5 games last season? We're only 4/5 games into the season....33 games or so to go.
A couple of wins/losses in a row in the SPFL moves you up or down considerably in this league, and the Accies will eventually struggle with their weaker squad.
ICT started off like this last season. Hughes is a complete numptie and sooner or later he'll find some way to blow it.
-
this is a joke.. surely?
-
The fans I know are saying that now granted but were saying anything but 2 years ago.
To be honest the fans are in a dilemma. The attendance yesterday was 32000. We where getting 40k plus in the lowest league. Not a penny more action from fans has probably seen around 15000 knocked off ST sales. Appreciate some of this is down to the quality of the football but fans who have never missed a game are staying away.Lots of fans are putting there money into Rangers First and willing to see the club enter Admin 2 to get this board gone .Whether this forces this board to compromise before this happens is another story.
-
John Hughes deserves a lot of credit ,Normally gets a bad deal on here but what a start from ICT.
-
that was an excellent finish from Naismith. He really has developed into a high quality player and is getting plaudits from many pundits.
-
but you thought you would give us a theory anyway? Why would a pro yes rag like the Sunday Herald sit on a positive poll for yes? You'd definately see one of the papers tweeting something by now about a poll coming out. Have to say, apart from the survation poll a couple of days ago, which showed some major issues with the yes vote, it's been awfy quiet the last TWO weeks. I'm not one for conspiracy theories in the slightest. I think the polls reflect the actual situation across scotland by and large, but this absence of any polling suggests whoever has commissioned the polls doesn't like the answer.
-
Of course I do but it is a totally different set of dynamics this time. But do you accept that your club has debts and are perilously close to being unable to function.....again?
Surely you do?
-
Think we showed a bit of grit today. For once Ally got his timing and choice of subs spot on. Raith away next on Friday 12th. Should be a sell out.
-
I was merely asking what creditor was about to call in their loanOur debt?
So are you in debt or not then? You seem unsure yourself.

thats actually pretty decent business for Arsenal. Wellbeck has an attitude problem but Wenger is a good man manager,
