Is it possible to hold new holyrood elections under the rules as that is probably the only way out of this. None on the possible minority govt options are appealing.

,,"Actual league fixtures" ?
Yes.

La Liga have announce some league fixtures will be played in the US from the 2025/26 season. Thin end of the wedge.

I thought Baby Reindeer was tremendous, hilarious and disturbing in equal measure. This Town on iplayer is decent set in 1980’s Coventry, the episodes are looong tho, unnecessarily so sometimes. Gonna give Ripley a try next 👍
Baby Reindeer was a great watch. The lady who played the stalker was superb. Almost felt sorry for her. I found it hard to feel sorry for the victim but then I think he represents a lot of victims in terms of damaged they get when they are abused continuously .

There's been quite a few controversial incidents involving Celtic at Hampden the last few years - Saturday there, the Killie stonewaller, the offside goal against Rangers LCF, the non-penalty decision for the push on Porteous LCF etc.
All the referees are against them right enough.
How strange it is that some Celtic fans and client pundits adopt rational thought when VAR rules controversially in their favour.

Forest statement is unhinged but all 3 pen claims are pens in my opinion.

Man Utd just blown a 3-0 lead, now 3-3. Credit to the player taking the Coventry pen in 92nd min.

Entirely predictable result, I actually fancied the huns to win 4-0 which they could have late on.
A few takes with a Scotland perspective for me;Craig Gordon - no thank you,
John Souttar - no thank you and
Shankland - just dreadful, in no way good enough to lead the line for Scotland at the Euros. A squad player at best.
Souttar had a mare but he’s been pretty solid all season. He’ll be on the bus.

Thought Balogun was immense. Butland made three brilliant saves. We should have scored 3 in the last 5 minutes alone. Some big performances but some more injuries as well.

Aberdeen gave a great account of themselves yesterday, where had that type of fight been in other games this season?
On the other hand I am once again sickened with scottish football and its referees. Its bad enough that teams have to play the old firm in a non neutral venue but to play against such terrible referees
Just focusing on Aberdeen, some of the incidents we've seen this season with the help of VAR have been jaw dropping. The final against rangers. A foul on an Aberdeen player in the box in the dying minutes - no foul despite the same VAR ref awarding rangers an identical foul against Aberdeen at Pittodrie. The recent match at livi, the sfa openly admitted yhe refs took a guess that a player was offside and now the semi final where aberdeen were denied a stone wall penalty. Yesterday's incident felt like Robertson and his team were desperately searching for a reason not to award the penalty, they found a pathetic reason for a non foul on Johnston. Nothing will be done, if that was against either side of the OF there would be outrage across the board but it's only one of the OF cannon fodder so fuck em.
I hope hearts win this cup. If they do they will no doubt babble on about 3rd force and their attendances, they're welcome to that, being the 3rd force in Scottish football is nothing to be proud of BUT a clean sweep of old firm winners is never and never should be looked at as a good thing.
It was awesome When rangers died and started again in the lower leagues, not because we all got to laugh at rangers but because other teams tasted glory and had days they will never forget. I can't remember the exact figure but I'm sure it's 9 different teams won a trophy.
Aberdeen, Celtic, Killie, St mirren, Ross County, ICT, St Johnstone and hibs.
Happy to be corrected on that list but we are now back to the OF clean sweep Zzzzzzzzz
That’s a lot of words just to get “Rangers died” out there. Well done. 😊

Yesterdays result does give Dundee or St Mirren a chance of playing in Europe next season.
-
I think Hearts will fancy their chances today. It’s 50:50 in my view. Rangers need big performances from players who have been posted missing in recent games.

Did the sheep really only bring 9000 after asking for a 50/50 split? Was there some sort of unofficial boycott or something?
In their defence it’s a shit KO time and fans are denied pre match rituals like a few beers. Long way to come for a pie and a cup of tea.

Ross County? Dundee?... Aye ok...😂
Don’t t change the fact you are rotten. I didn’t say we were anything special.

Unlucky Aberdeen. Thought you just about deserved it. Can’t believe we have handed the advantage in the league back to Celtic. They are a poor side.

I don’t think Beale would have clawed back the points deficit that Clement inherited

Not sure how accurate this is but someone sent me a stat stating Beale and clements records are almost identical after 25 games

Just finished watching The Wire. Watched it many years ago. A superb drama. Enjoying watching Ripley at the moment and the guy playing the lead role is very unlikeable so it probably excellent acting.

What time will Dundee call the match off today?
Any hint of moisture in the air and it will probably be off.

To date Hearts have sold 17500/21000 tickets for the semi.

Game on tomorrow. Also post split fixtures have been published

Did I read it right that’s final decision on whether the game goes ahead will be made at that inspection tomorrow morning? That makes sense if the pitch isn’t playable however if it is, there’s no guarantee it will be 30 odd hours later given the rain that’s forecast again.
Sounds like a final decision tomorrow. Pitch must be in a bad condition already.
-
Pitch inspection at Dens tomorrow morning. If it fails the match will be played at St Johnstone on Wed evening.
