How do you get the confirmation code, my session timed out before it came through. Are they blocking UK numbers

Wondering if anyone has had the same problem or can offer some advice. I booked 6 tickets for each of the home games on the day they were released. A few days passed and I had not received any confirmation so I tried calling but phones were constantly engaged so yesterday I emailed them. I received a reply saying that the confirmation had been sent to my son's email but he has not received it as have none of the members in our group. I have emailed them twice today asking them to resend but have had no response . I am now getting concerned so any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance .
