  1. A braw day sort of spoiled by going to the game.

Being disabled with 2 prosthetic limbs I arrived at Ibrox 45 mins before kick off to avoid the crowds. To my dismay I found my ticket was for the very top row in the Govan stand which was not good. I asked if I could be reseated in the disabled section as the stairs would be a nightmare. The steward said to wait 5 mins and he would go and find out. He never came back.. When game started I was still standing outside so I hobbled along to the disabled entrance and asked if I could sit in there. The guy said not without a disabled ticket. I showed him my 2 prosthetics but he wasn't interested so I went to the ticket office and asked if I could exchange my seat for one in the disabled section. I was told no.

By this time what is left of my legs was killing me, so I decided to abandon going to the game and try and find a bar to sit and watch it on a telly.

While making my wayround the front of Ibrox a steward wearing a Rangers tie saw me having difficulty walking and asked if he could help me. I told him my story, he rolled his eyes, said f....king jobsworths took me in through the front entrance and got me a cracker of a seat on the first level of the main stand just in time to see the goal.

The day ended up ok but after all the hassle I don't think I'll ever attend another home game.

    That fooking enrages me Wull

I hope you contact the SFA and get compensated

  2. Great start . Who is the guy at the end?

I was having a peek online and there is a new character being introduced that was in the graphic novels called Father Gabriel, a black preacher, who it was initally thought Beth was with

However the black guy at the end is definitely Morgan Jones played by Lennie James http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lennie_James who was in the very first episode, and also in season 3

  3. How many do you think would have something positive to say about you?

Maybe you should take a wee step back and ponder that...

I would since the Big Brother spat has long been forgotten

Id like to point out that Big Brother 6 is and was the only one i have watched - it was fabbo and can never be beaten

  4. People look at the team Ally and they think 'ohhh I must support them'...it tugs on the heart strings. This core feeling of loyalty is what they (the parasites) suck on, generation after generation...(not dissimilar to what is happening at RFC in a way)

But if we want to really support the team and Scottish football then ruthlessly and without mercy we must do whatever it takes to force the people running the SFA to resign. (Again very similar to RFC but they are far more screwed IMHO.)

Have been saying it for years and been moaned at. Its only now there are a few more dissenting voices who can see the light.

I said before the referendum if there was a No vote i would not be back.

Now if you consider that i have been going to home games religiously since March 1982 (friendly v Holland at Hampden over 71,000 there) and been going abroad since Italia 90. My whole life has basically revolved around Scotland's fortunes so you can imagine what a shitty decision that was to make and to come to terms with

When the SFA released their prices for this campaign it made it a hell of a lot easier because i realised that even if it had been a Yes i would not have paid those ludicrous prices. The crew that i went to a lot of games with all came to the same conclusion.

The SFA are that clueless they dont even realise the small basics in that if people stop going they rarely go back - but they do not give a fook as they know that there is a new younger generation that do not have their eyes open.

We have not produced a world class player in over 30 years and not qualified for a major tournament since 1998 (i was there) and yet we are rewarded with of the highest pricing policies of any European nation.

    Utter madness

I have absolutely no idea how we get rid of them though without a mass boycott but that is never going to happen with the mentality of the majority of loyal fans - and the SFA know that and play on it

I am part of the solution though and not part of the problem. I have also paid my dues for anyone that thinks i am not being loyal

I actually watched Operation Crossbow on C5 on Saturday night FFS

  5. Well said.

It is not just the national team here. The SFA are a cancer on Scottish Football. They have mismanaged every aspect of it while lavishing our money on themselves and their cronies.

Their behaviour during the fall of RFC 1899 told you everything you will ever need to know about them. The body is rotting from the head down. Time to take them on big time.

We all want to support the national team and feel good about it again. To do that we need an Association run by people who respect the fans and believe in the product they are managing. The SFA are beyond incompetent and being merely a disgrace, a child could have seen this coming in the wake of the No. So obvious you wonder if they do it on purpose...

    :ok:

  6. Great result for Poland, makes our performance against the Germans look ordinary now.

Och away wi ye - we could easily have got a result in Dortmund as well

Also we were playing Germany in their own back yard. Poland had the advantage of being at home

Secondly the German left back tonight made his competative debut and it appears was a bit out of his depth

That being said Germany had 67% possession - 29 shots (9 on target) compared to Poland's 5 (3 on target)

  7. Why are to bothering to comment then? Away and watch 'South Britain' instead.

Hoy ! It wisny me that mentioned that ! i was quoting Ex Whitfield

And even if i was im still entitled to an opinion - unless this is the 1930s German version of the TAMB !

( and my post should have read not interested AS MUCH as i was before)

  8. Think there is a bit of an over reaction here .....

Even though i am no longer interested in "North Britain's" fortunes as i was before - i will say we nearly got a result in Dortmund therefore bumming up the Poles and saying they will hump Scotland because they managed to beat Germany at home is being a bit presumptious

Poland have not became a far superior team than Scotland since the last time we played them id guess and i doubt they will hit us on the break to the same fashion as they did Germany.

Will be a totally different game. We will bore them to at least a draw

  9. I really dont know who to support for SNP Deputy as they are both fantastic candidates

I guess if i was pushed i would go for Stewart Hosie. He is really impressive anytime i have heard him talk although he wasnt at his best in one of the latter QT debate type events

But on looking at Keith Brown he is also very good any time he has been interviewed

Cant say i'll be dissapointed in whoever gets it.

Hosie is a fantastic asset at Westminster
