Absolutely. Everyone outside of the big two should be rooting for Aberdeen this year to win it. Although with Celtic's budget I admit it was always going to be a tall order.
There was a point where I dared to believe it could be done but after the performance against Motherwell last week I soon came back down to earth.

I honestly think flood drags the quality out of our side. He slows the play down far too much and gives away too many pointless fouls
-
I'll start us off, Gabby Logan is a

Someone's in for a roasting on here!
What he said is true, we bottled it today. the performance was rank, we showed today we don't have what it takes to win the league or at least take celtic to the wire.
-
Bottled it today, they wanted the ball more and we couldn't break them down.
Season over as far as I'm concerned, I am however happy to have pushed celtic this far.

When you have a wage bill like ours, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a better run of results in the second tier
For years aberdeen could have claimed the same considering the positions we ended up in.

Didn't miss a single game home or away between 1979 and 1985, so more than used to seeing a Rangers side that didn't win, and were often out of sight of the league by the turn of the year. Were some of the best years that I watched football - have to say I also moaned like feck at us being shite, and will continue during the current lean spell
It's only fans of other teams that think Rangers fans think they have a god given right to win.
TT
During that period Rangers still won a fair few trophies so I'm not sure what the point you are trying to make is

Should Celtic have stopped playing until Utd decided to put 11 players back on the pitch? Surely its Utds own fault to play that length of time with a man in the dressing room?
As for the pens, if you think one is "obvious" and one is "cheap" then I think that says all we need to know about your objectivity on the subject.
Fair play to both of you. I thought the Utd pen was 50/50, from a couple of angles it looked one, from another it didn't, in real time the ref obviously thought not.
I've yet to see an angle where that isn't a penalty, the Ref bottled it..........honestly though, I doubt it would made a difference to the outcome of the match
-
A definite red for Dillon and a definite penalty for United.
-
8 games without a win, it is extremely stressful mate
welcome to the our world where trophies and a win every week is not virtually guaranteed............... You get used to it and it makes you appreciate the good times lot more
-
Murder aye
He gets away with much more than any other player and that was a penalty.
-
Scot brown once again gets away with murder.
-
It wasn't Aberdeen's worst performance of the season by any stretch of the imagination.
Utd at home Hamilton away were light years worse than last night.
I should have said it was the worst performance I have seen this season, I missed the United and Hamilton matches
-
What game did some on here watch? Did they watch it through the Motherwell managers eyes too? Motherwell have improved compared to the last time they were at pittodrie but No way were they the better side, aberdeen created a lot of chances in the first half but didn't convert them..... Jack had two chances and McLean had three. we were the better side, and the stats back it up.
Wors performance of the season from aberdeen but we still won. The Motherwell manager is deluded.
Scott McDonald is useful but he'd be even more useful to motherwel if he'd stop fouling players and mouthing at the ref.

Who did he kill ?Get a life.As I said before Man of the March on sunday
Does he need to kill someone before being condemned?
why is it that so many think we or footballers still need a drink to let loose? If I were in such a privileged position like Brown or any other footballer, I'd give myself the best chance at a good career, there's no need to cut out booze altogether but there's also no need to get hammered like brown. I'm only running one marathon and I've cut out the nights out because I want to be as fit as I possibly can be.
-
I'm washing my hair
-
I was also looking for baby clothes too, it's for a relatives new born but it doesn't look the the SFA do this nowadays.
-
I see Thug Brown once again got away with murder against Utd.
-
Need some help folks, I know jd do the strips now but I can't find anything else other than tops.
Do the SFA still do kids clothes?
I can't see anything on the JD or SFA website?

Spot on buddy
EK Celt was fair on every thread unless that thread involved criticism of celtic or Neil Lennon, neither could do no wrong in his eyes. he never became abusive so I will give you that.
-
Be careful, you'll end up on the Dons hit list with an attitude like that.
The Tractor Boys are right though, it is amusing that Aberdeen fans think they are the big boys just because they won a European trophy over 30 years ago. Does that mean that Nottingham Forest are still one of the big boys down south?
I find your hypocritical posts much more amusing, especially in any Rangers related thread
-
I don't think I've ever got defensive on here about aberdeen but if it makes you feel better, crack on
-
I love that Aberdeen fans think they're big boys. It's adorable.
Thanks for proving my point
-
Awe look at the saints fans, one cup Win and they want to mix it with the big boys
How cute!
