To be used "ahead" of a roll out" at Dundee v Celtic. The SFA will be funding it's use at all levels of the professional game. So that's 8m or so after the WC and after other league's have been using it, the SFA are in a position to start to use it in Scotland. But it is essentially a pilot this weekend. What's the delay? Order a few thousand bottles and maybe some of those pointless belts - then what? Intensive training for the ref on how to apply it? 8m project delivery on this - it would be comical if it didn't perfectly encapsulate how the scottish game is governed.........
