    I'm going from Heathrow on the 14th at 0830hrs to Frankfurt (currently £97) then ICE train to Munich at 1230hrs (around £30 and 3hr 30) into Munich by 4pm. You obviously would need an easy jet to London or something similar first, I work down here, so didn't have to worry about that part. Have a look at the Lufthansa app, if you haven't already got it.

    Hi David, really helpful info! A little of piste, but you may be able to help. I'm flying to Frankfurt on the 14th, get in around 1105, then looking to get ICE train to Munich. I was thinking 1hr 30 would be sensible amount of time to get from airport to train station (I believe it is actually adjacent to the airport). Have you any knowledge on this?

    Heathrow to Frankfurt on 14th (gets in at 11am), then train from airport to Munich (just over 3hrs). One night in Munich, based in Frankfurt for the rest of the group stages.
