There's a bus from near my hotel that takes 7 minutes. Either that or walk, but I heard Tbilisi's a bit shitty for pedestrians, nowhere to cross and cars parked on the pavement. The planners made the same mistakes this century as ours did in the 60s and 70s.

If I was in the SFA and concerned about harvesting I'd ask the Georgians to keep hold of ticket stubs and ask the owners of missing ones for proof of travel. So Bonehead could be doing someone a favour by taking their ticket off them. Don't know if the SFA actually do that though.

The way I'm going, Glasgow-Warsaw-Tbilisi and back, is now over £500, was £220 when I booked. Wizzair GLA-WAR and Lot Air WAR - TBI. P.S. Try Pegasus Airlines. Under £400 depending on dates, £333 lowest. You have to get to Stansted though, change in Istanbul.

There could be loads of Jihadi Jocks throwing their kilts away at the airport and heading for the Syrian border. Almost as bad as harvesters in my opinion.

Shuttles are supposed to run 24 hours but a taxi's under a tenner, officially around £7. A lot of hotels will pick you up for free though.

Me too. Going to be a struggle I think seeing as Ireland v Georgia is on at the same time. Got 5 am flight on the Tuesday, so hopefully find somewhere to watch the game which will start at 1045 Tbilisi time, few pints (slowly drunk) and taxi to airport.
