I don't think this team ever recovered from getting knocked out of the World Cup after being 3-0 up against Argentina..
Competively, it has been all downhill since then.
-
For all the folk within the free rail travel area, trains cannot be booked.
Therefore I imagine it will be an absolute rammy inside the station after midnight, trying to jump on any train going in your direction...

Managed to get Spain v Italy for only 45 euros at 12.05pm....

Filled in captcha code, bar going nowhere. I assume it would be highly unfair to refresh that window?
Let me know if you do. My green bar is about 5% across..

I think we pretty much know the 23 man Euros squad now..
From the above the changes will be:-
IN. McGregor, Hickey
OUT. Kelly, Cooper, Ralston, Taylor.
-
I would argue that McGregor could be our most influential player.
Nothing flashy, but joins the play between the CB's and up to McTom and McGinn..
He has started every important game for years, and Clarke never drops him.
He would be big miss if injured.

Earthquake damage to stadium in Zagreb, so reduced capacity..
Hopefully the game is in Split. Bigger stadium and looks a cracking place.

Would go to see Rod Stewart, but he has messed up his dates..
He is in Leipzig the night of the Germany game, and in Cologne when England play there.
I would have gone to his Cologne show, but not while the place is full of chair throwing muppets..

So it's:-
50% Frankfurt
30% Cologne
20% Munich
Is that right???

I'm booked up from the 13th to the 3rd July...although last three nights have free canx.
No flight back booked yet...
🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

If you are within the free train travel area, you can't book tickets...
I presume they are going to have extra empty trains to cope with all the fans going to the various cities within the free zone.
I'm heading back to Gelsenkirchen, so will just jump on anything going that way after the pubs close...
-
I'm spending so much time on Google Maps checking out all the cities, accommodation and bars, that by the time June comes, I'll be to find my way round blindfolded.

Train ticket bought last night - less than £50 1st Class from Munich to Gelsenkirchen..
Fucking bargain!!

Do tickets go on sale bang on 12.00amCET?
I need to book out of Munich on the 15th, which goes on sale tomorrow.

Doak needs to get more involved in the game. He just stands out on his wing and waits for the ball to come to him.

Munich main railway station offers 1416 lockers for short term storage for up to 3 days. So you should be fine to get one there. Else Ostbahnhof or Pasing station
Cheers mate. Just not sure how available they will be with 60 thousand fans visiting....

I fly into Munich from EDI at midday on 14th. Getting an overnight train after the match to my digs in Gelsenkirchen.
I know the train station has left luggage lockers for my suitcase, but I suspect these might be busy. Is there any other 24 hour left luggage options near the station.. all online options that i can see are not 24 hour.

3 hours ago, we'll be coming said:
Would you happen to know, if you buy checked in luggage would you just pick it up in Munich or would you need to collect it and check it in again in Brussels ? The 2 outgoing flights are both with Brussels Airlines but i booked on the Lufthansa website. I think Lufthansa own Brussels Airlines.
Yes, booked right through.....however 1 hour 5 mins is tight for them to get your luggage transferred between planes...it may arrive a few days after you do. 😬😬

Got thrown out three times at payment screen - 110, 170 and then 315 euros..
Went back in at 12.20 and got 3 fans first at 110 euros. Refused my credit card 3 x times, and eventually used debit card to complete sale..
Thank fuck that is over..

We need to have a proper international training set up, similar to St Georges in England. If someone comes to play for Scotland, and finds themselves training at Lesser Hampden that is an embarrassment.
We need a facility that all the teams train at, right through the age groups, with video facilities and a full indoor pitch as well.
That is how we will improve all round...
