  1. I see the final Resale Platform for listing tickets no longer required has commenced

It also says tickets bought through the qualified nations schemes (SSC Codes ) can be relisted but will be resold at a later date via a separate process

    Quote :

“If tickets are offered for resale by fans of the participating national associations, they will be sold in a separate process to fans of the same team”

I’d imagine there will be some supporters that got tickets with SSC Codes might not now be able to make it to a match. If they were to relist their tickets, there might be a few come back into the pot for SSC Members.

Might be worth keep an eye on this for some supporters

  2. The problem Clarke has made is in not giving enough uncapped players a chance or game time. There is no width or proper wingers in the squad and wingers are the best way to get behind a team like N.I. were last night.

The lack of a decent striker doesn't help but we usually found a way of scoring from Midfield or Defenders for the last two years or so.

He is likely to go to the Euros with no one new from those who are in or have been in recent squads, but as soon as we are knocked out 6/8 of that 23 man squad will never play again, so you could argue these 6/8 shouldn't be going

    For me these are

Kelly Clark Patterson Souttar Taylor Christie Adams

  3. It does allow a SSC member to obtain a refund for a ticket they might not be able to use due to a change in plans. I wonder if these would be redistributed through the SFA

  4.

Only tickets that are scanned as entered at the stadium will be awarded the relevant loyalty points

I’ve no plans to go and no intention of harvesting two points, but this statement in the SFA ticket sale information is insulting to the membership.

I’m pretty sure under European GPDR Law sharing information of whether tickets are redeemed or not  is not permitted.

  5. Finally got on and bought tickets.

They had only gone and moved my "Account" from my e-mail address on the Old System where all my purchases are made from, codes sent to buy UEFA Tickets etc to a works e-mail address of mines that i've maybe used twice to buy an occasional ticket for a client or someone.

Deleted the "Works Account" and changed login details and password  back to what they should be on the Membership Account.

    Now we await the APP

  6. This is a big issue re whether a member ticket is transferable or not.

Many of us have bought into “Season Tickets” for a year or campaign when we were shit, just to try and all get sat together in an area with a decent view not because the team were any good.

Pre QR Codes, a wad of proper paper tickets were sent to you. Even in QR code times I still print our tickets off to save farting about with a phone at a turnstile.
Never do I recall if you couldn’t make a match you weren’t supposed to give your ticket away. Everyone must have done this at sometime.

So are the SFA saying, buy the five match package but you can’t give away a ticket if you are Ill or circumstances change, as we are giving you a poxy point for attending or going through a turnstile.

Nobody buying a five match package or season ticket does it with the intention of harvesting points. To think otherwise is the SFA showing disrespect for the SSC members.

  7. Had a bit time to study the train situation, and given the deal in January has limited availability, and from what I could see trains were starting to fill up fast, we decided to get our route booked

    12/6 Edinburgh - Basel 25/6 Geneva- Edinburgh £235

Basel - Munich - Oberhausen- Cologne - Strasbourg - Stuttgart - Geneva £225 ( Oberhausen - Cologne Free on match day ) Seats reserved on all long journeys.

The person with the ticket on their phone deleted the app. The 2nd person then downloaded the app. When they requested an activation code it would pe sent by text to the 1st person who would forward it. 2nd person then has the app with the tickets on their phone.

You would also need to give the 2nd person your email address to sign into the app. Workable between folk you know.

  9. Into Basel 12/6 depart Geneva 25/6 £235

Four nights Wed to Sun Central Munich ( two nights covered free by hotel loyalty points )

Four nights Sun to Thurs Oberhausen, spend time in Dusseldorf from there maybe get tickets for Austria v France, down and back to Cologne on the Wednesday

Three nights Thursday to Sunday Strasbourg

One night Sunday  Boblingen. In and out of Stuttgart from there

    One night Monday Geneva

Digs £450 a head Triple Rooms all the trip

Worry about trains and buses later.

I wonder if the SFA rather than guaranteeing regulars a ticket to each game had considered say just 2 games and opening up to more people for a third game. Instead they’ve adopted an all or nothing approach which embeds the status quo. I’m fortunate in that I will probably pick up tickets somehow but the even the most ardent Tartan Army member must see that the Tartan Army needs a refresh.

Sorry, but the way it works is fine. I’m on 16 and good to go all the way to the final. I’ve been on 6 I’ve been on 23 at different moments in time with  finances, family commitments etc, and as the name says was on STC trip no 1 1980.

It doesn’t take much effort to get to a 16

  11. If I remember correctly from the last Euros, if you get tickets from the SSC Points System issuing  you with a code to enter the UEFA sale. These tickets cannot be  transferred to another on the UEFA App. These ones are for the ticket buyer only.

So someone with enough points couldn’t but tickets for three matches with the intention of attending two matches and transferring a ticket for the third game to a mate.

  12. Hope Ukraine get drawn to play Wales, but knowing Wales luck they will get Finland or Iceland home  and then the home tie in “Final”

Dont really see the need for all these Play Offs to be drawn, could quite simply have been plotted off Nations League Ranking.

Could do with an Estonia Iceland and Luxembourg getting into the main draw next week, highly unlikely but you never know

  13. “IF” Italy Croatia and Czechs all secure automatic qualification Wales playoff path will be : Wales Poland Luxembourg and Estonia. If they got drawn with two home matches they would fancy that.

This highlights the benefit of retaining a Nations League group A status for almost assuring a Playoff and likely against weaker opponents

Could do with Italy dropping into these Playoffs and drawing Wales at home, UEFA would allocate that Dutch referee we had in Spain for that one.

  14. I’d imagine the points table after the forthcoming Georgia and Norway matches will be the pecking order  for Finals Tickets via SSC. I’d also imagine UEFA will want the Group Stages sold and paid for by End January 2024.

The folks who might have success in the ballot will be allocated tickets on Tuesday 14th November and payment taken for these too.

Cos he knew it would then be disallowed, after all he has stated how he hopes Haaland is at the euros 🤔

He also had a free header and knocked it down instead of putting it on target. 🤔

  16. After winning 5/5 we have / had numerous ways to qualify

Losing to Spain And Norway winning v Cyprus were two opportunities gone.

Tonight is another and I don’t think Spain will loose to Norway, although I think Spain can be rattled under pressure, but hopefully we are confirmed qualified later tonight. I’m not overly obsessed with winning the group, we’d always have taken 2nd from the off.

Looking forward to watching it knowing we still have qualification opportunities to come, and fired a tenner on Norway at 7/2 to get some satisfaction from the result we want don’t happen tonight

  17. Three things come from this Liverpool “goal” fiasco

The VAR guys are too busy giving a running commentary on every part of the play and clearly not paid attention to the fact between the ref and linesman offside had been given.

The time delay in linesmen flagging for offside nowadays is nonsense and probably contributed to the confusion.

Offside should return to the need for clear daylight to be between players to be deemed offside, not baw hair parts of a body being forward of the opponent.

The communication in the VAR base was like folk who knew nowt about football, the fact the technician knew what had happened and the refs didn’t sums it up
