Nah it’s against the law. Except in hospitality areas of course.
There was talk a couple of years ago of trialling the return of booze to football grounds and using Euro 2020 to test it but it came to nothing.
Will be brutal if you have an early every slot for the games and can’t get a pint.
Yeh that is what I was thinking.
In the stadium 2 hours before kick off with no access to bevvy.
-
Does anyone else think there may be alcohol served in the stadium for this and the Croatia match?
-
Is there any more thoughts on this subject?
With the earlish kick off and the amounts of people I am not so sure that it will be that easy to find a bar near Hampden.

Not sure how many they sold but their supporter sale would have been in 2019 so any unsold tickets would have been returned then and returned tickets would have been returned a couple of weeks ago at the latest and already factored into our allocation.
Ah really, thanks TP. I was not aware of this.

Is anyone in the know regarding the Czech and Croatian sales?
I was hoping to here they would return some tickets and those would go to the tartan army.
-
Same here on the tickets Mexico arrived but no Peru. I reckon it will be a pick up over there at this rate.

We are flying to venice and have paid for GoOpti to take us Venice to Ljubljana and same on the return leg. 4 of us in a mini van, takes three hours and was pretty cheap. Would definitely look into that if I was you. Saves the hassle of the train as it gets you straight there with no changes etc.
Sent you a PM mate as this is of interest to me.
-
cheers lads I will look into the trains to Koper.
-
so you reckon Mestre to Trieste then onto Ljubana is the best idea for the Sunday of the game?
Thanks
-
What is the ring pull express?
4 of us get into Venice about 8 at night and we are still swithering between a night in Venice or going straight to Ljubana.

I have a ticket for the train from Edinburgh to KX on Thursday at 12 then on Saturday leaving KX at 15:00
I paid 45 quid for it so would look to recoup that cash. Drop me a PM if you are interested.
Thanks

The waiting list was an absolute farce and was a poorly conceived idea

I was looking for a pub to watch it in London aswell. I have been to the Albion before so I will head up there in hope that they are showing the game. If anybody has any other suggestions for a pub to watch the game a PM would be appreciated.

Post here.
Me plus Bathhibby. (Voluntary not conscripted).
If it helps for conspiracy theories post your points also.
Can't wait for this one. Hope the 12:50 Turkish Air from Gatwick is stocked up!

Mind the last time we had to pick them up in Georgia?
That was a messy day we stopped for refreshments in a lot of Pubs on the way to collect the tickets.

Wannabes!
My mate is from swords we never seem to get into 37 Dawson street. I once went to cafe insane(en seine) but that was on a date so got in no bother but would not go back.
I lived in Drumcondra I liked it up there proper boozers Quinns,Fagans etc.
-
Lapellos is the lap dance club across from the Mercantile!
Regarding 37 Dawson St it might be a bit hard to get with a kilt but you shouldn't be too bad.
By and large bars and clubs in Dublin are far more relaxed with who they let in compared with the UK (from my own experience)
Lapellos thats it could not remember cheers.
Yeh I lived in Dublin for a year only moved away in April always found dawson street area more for the southsiders
-
Not sure what "bam up" means
but suggestions are:
Flannerys , Copper Face Jacks , The Dean , McSoreleys , The Mercantile , D2 , The Black Door , 37 Dawson Street (thats the address on Name of Bar)
All depends on what age group your looking for?
Flannery's and Coppers are definately decent for that I would say you would struggle to get into 37 dawson st with a kilt on though would you agree?
What is the name of the dancers of a lap nature over from mercantile?

My fingers are crossed on alcohol. This matches up with uefa website saying do not bring food and drink as there will be facilities once you get past the barriers.
