This is the best thread we have had for a while.

Reminds me a bit of the halcyon days when two of Chippers many profiles were arguing with each other

Don’t see any reason why you can’t. What happens if an OAP member without a phone wanted to go to the game with a non member? They would just download the app and login as the old boy, transfer the ticket to his non member account and bang, he has two tickets.

It’s all in the email with the how to guide.

I agree it should be easy but in the FAQ bit for the  ticketing app it says you can transfer a ticket bought on public sale, miles was bought as part of the season ticket package so not sure if that counts as same as the public sale ?

Edited as looking further down the FAQ it says SSC members tickets and public sale tickets can be transferred once using the Hampden ticket app.

Would be a lot easier to ask them the question but the phone number for SSC is still engaged, was like that all day yesterday and since 9am today

So, if for any reason you are unable to attend a match... Can you pass the ticket on to a non-member or not?

I can’t go to the Northen Ireland game and trying to get the same question answered. Not bothered about any points but would rather as many folk were in the ground as possible.

Tried phoning them on Friday, yesterday and today and number constantly engaged, sent a couple of Emails and no reply. Not sure if there’s any other ways of contacting the SSC

Any help here is much appreciated.

I'm trying to get 4 of us with match tickets from Munich to Cologne on 17th June and I can get all the way through the process until the end when I try to register and it gives an error code which says service unavailable.  If I then retry by registering at the start of the process it is the same unfortunately. This happens on my PC and my phone.

I see that there is an option to continue without registering but says you will be unable to redeeem a vocher.

Is anyone else getting service unavailable when trying to register?

Is it wise to buy tickets without registering?

Strange question but are you with virgin media ? There’s an known issue with them and the DB website, I had to do a hotspot from my phone rather than on my home broadband

    Fucking hate golf.

An absolute joke yesterday. Ninety fucking two, this time last year, I was playing off of 7, now, I’m a disgrace to the game. Disgusted with myself.

Feel your pain, first round of the championship meant to be yesterday but thick mist meant it was postponed till today, managed a round later yesterday off the medals and had a scratch 80, played today in perfect conditions and had a scratch 95 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

No , I never saw it coming. The only social media I use is here. In my real life, no one has ever mentioned GRR or men in womens prisons, despite the fact it has been going on for years. The reaction to this, in relation to the changes that are being made and the number of people affected, is massively out of proportion and are, without a shadow of a doubt, being manipulated for political gain. Oh for the day folk get this animated about £47 million of uk cabinet expenses or minesterial codes being broken right left and centre. Does not that affect mothers, fathers , religious folk , bigoted folk ?

I do not know enough about the timings, background etc of all this to make a call on whether or not NS has been naive , reckless or stubborn. Neither am I screaming from the rooftops about it , there are many times in my life I have stopped short of condemning people , even when I think they are wrong, because they need my support or there is a bigger picture. Do you think battering the SG and NS on social media is going to help us get independence ? If I had to get my knickers in a twist about every policy I disagreed with there would be not one political party I could vote for.

Its fine to disagree with it. I have said on here more than once I have a problem with lowering the age on the GRR bill, but I have a problem with other things that has a legal age of 16. I am not happy either with the principle of ‘men’  in women’s prisons. But this is not a new thing.

There is a however a difference between being unhappy with a decision / policy ,  and trashing the SG in Daily Mail proportions on social media,  if you are looking for independence.  IMO.

I tend to agree with you.

What's your thoughts on this guy's advice though. He suggests taking the opposite approach.

Video should start at the relevant bit:

    https://www.youtube.com/live/anrKXVE0Xvc?feature=share&t=1427

He is a lot more intelligent than me !!! But can’t disagree with what he said, he also mentioned they they need to start getting a lot more social media savvy to get the word out in a positive manner as just now they are up against 95% of the MSM who portray everything as SNP bad with virtually nothing positive to say.

In particular the BBC Scotland news and online are a disgrace, going back to the GRA bill I haven’t seen any of the other parties who voted in favour being interviewed to any degree, would love to have heard from the 3 tories who voted in favour for their views on what Alister Jack did, there was one day on their website that the first 6 stories were SNP or public services being slated with all the opposition parties having there say about where money etc should be paid with them never having to consider where the money was to come from.

just to finish there are a lot of things the SNP do that I don’t  agree with but some of the stuff here and online from folk who claim to want independence is a disgrace.

Are we still just focusing on the gender legislation?

When are we going to get our eye on the ball and start talking about indy?

Good luck, think that’s the 3rd time you’ve tried to move this thread to the non stop childish bickering about how bad/good Sturgeon and the rest are and how the GRA is good/bad etc etc, but no doubt that will continue.

For me the thing that will either make or break things is money, if people can be convinced that they won’t be a lot worse off after independence as think that’s why a lot of folk late on the last time moved from yes to no

Received a message from a mate from

kirkaldy yesterday spitting mad over the GRA it read. “Cannot believe those idiots were debating about that gender pish today. What a waste of resources and time! Sturgeon needs to go.No sure how I’ve missed all the build up to this, I am fucking fuming”.

thise who hid behind the “oh the general public don’t care about the GRA may well be in for a shock.. it’s fucking lunacy for the SNP to go after this policy

I don’t tend to get involved in these discussions as it doesn’t affect me in any way  but just wanted to ask how the bill affects you and what is is you are so against ? From what I understand it’s been in the planning for over 7 years and has quite a bit of cross party support including some from the Tories.

I work in an office with 25/30 people and probably have a similar friends/family group, there is a big variation in age and political persuasion ( a good few hate the SNP) and I’ve not heard one person speak about the bill at all, possibly because it doesn’t affect any of them

I only saw the second half but for me Doak looked like James Forrest. Lots of nice stuff on the wing and no final ball.

    Lowry???

    Liam Morrison is Bayern Munich??

Wasn’t impressed with that team at all.

First half Doak was very good, two great chances he should have scored with, great link up for the goal and two other lovely balls that someone should have scored from, second Haifa they doubled up on him so was quieter.

Lowry looks very skilful but very lightweight, looked to me he lacked a bit of appetite

    Yep, exasperating is it.

Had the ticket in my basket at 4.03pm but couldn't buy because the system hadn't dropped down the points level yet and was telling me I didn't have the required 19 points. By 4.04pm, it wouldn't let me go further in the transaction despite telling me I was eligible. Then that was me punted out.

    Some buzz. 😂

Now showing on the SSC website that it’s went down to 17 points, I’m on 18 and been showing as sold out since the back of 4 🤷🏻‍♂️

Logged on at 11:30 to be on safe side, tickets went on sale at 12:00 and had tickets purchased (with passports details put in) by 12:02... then by 12:04 sold out signs went up.

Looks like loads of tickets were in baskets and people did not complete transactions, and when timed-out, went back on sale, as hearing 19 pointers are able to get tickets now.

Unfortunately sold out on 19 points
