Missed at the time but had an interesting wee break. Bordeaux for 2 days first, then train down to Handaye in the border for quick change to light rail for San Sebastián. 4 days there then a day trip through Bilbao and the Guggenheim, continuing on to a night in Santander for flight home the next day. Kids and I had a great time but the Mrs wants something more relaxing next time.

Great picture. I'm experiencing similar, another 'wee man' taking a massive sprout and filling out. At current rate of growth he'll be taller than me by the end of the year. Has a wee tash on the go as well 😂. Will see if he'll let me post a pic.

McInnes had Vassel dropping on him to sacrifice territory. It meant McGregor didn't see as much of the ball but we allowed Welsh and Scales the ball further up.

I still think he'll bring Doak into the squad. I get that the guy is still developing but now at 18, with more appearances than Bobb, who are we to ignore raw talent like that? Lots of our goals have come from scrappy second balls after Dykes or whoever has created a bit of chaos. Not from high balls, but Doak can take the ball and spin well, run the channels, drive at defenders. At the very least he'll get us up the pitch with direct running, holding the ball for 9-10 seconds to allow the whole team to advance. It's what Clarke had Jordan Jones do for Killie and it was very effective, even if Jones didn't have much in the way of end product.
