I was there at the desk in Metz also. I think the main complaint is they kept us hanging around until after kick off before finally telling us there were none. All day prior to that we'd been told "keep trying up until ko". Then no explanation at all, shutters just came down. They took details from some fans that were there earlier but they didn't from our group.
