I think it has always been that way. I hate when the genuine fans can't get tickets but it is the way of the world. I was able to beat the system a few times in Italy but it is difficult now. That will mean more people getting Scottish tickets, won't it???

actually I have stopped working with football supporters - too much stress.

I also organized a beach party the same as I did for the TA - Trapattoni and players turned up for 5 mins but very few of the supporters!!

You also forget - or maybe don't know - that for Nationalists it was extremely dangerous getting to and from Windsor park. I used to go to the matches when George Best played and it was very frightening at times.

way before 1993 some of the players who were from the Nationalist community and played for NI had complained about being treated differently and being discriminated against. Then of course look what happened to Lennon, that was just a more obvious example of what had always taken place.

Oh I have always spoken my mind and told the truth - unlike the few who never fail to attack me on this board. In the larger scheme of things they don't really matter so I don't mind.

well now at the next election Sinn Féin may well be the largest party in both parts of my country. The DUP has exploded into small pieces and the parties in the south have lost all credibility with people in the south.

I am Irish, I was born in Ireland and so were my parents and grandparents - who else would I support except Ireland? I have always support Italy as my second team because my son is Italian (and Italian men are soooooo beautiful) and Scotland when they play anyone but the first 2 teams
