What happens if they don`t get the extra 20 people to move voluntarily. Worried they will just bump people on the day of the flight.

Eventually got through to their customer services. Now they are saying that although the flight is over booked we will definitely get on. They are just asking for volunteers to move. Think I am more worried now.

Came home to a message on home phone number from Aer Lingus saying they can`t honour our booking for 4. Are they allowed to do this? Has this happened to anyone else?

Pretty sure my group has a spare ticket. Will know for sure on Monday.
