Ive never seen this happen but would the laws not dictate the striker should be booked for deliberate handball before the whistle went?
I am the ref, no, as it would take time for me to raise the whistle to my mouth to blow and indicate a free kick to the attacking player, I would however have a quiet word with him about his reaction to the incident.

I'm no good on boats, so living in Germany for many years meant getting ferries to and fro, get seasick in the shower! Anyway I once stood on the front deck of that ferry from Newcastle as soon as it slipped it's moorings until it docked in Ijmuiden.

I've just watched 3 series of Berlin Station, although I enjoyed it it may not suit everyone.

I really enjoyed all the FARGO seasons, I'm hoping for more, I would love to visit Minnesota to be honest.
