It’s a clip taken from a film - Shadow On The Earth. Pretty sure the full film is on YouTube.

Set in a working class community in Scotland at the end of the 1950s it is a beautiful examination of idiotic adult divisions, social, religious, political and sexual, as seen through the eyes of Billy, an incredulous but obviously intelligent small boy. Billy and his somewhat less sensitive chums seem to pick up the multi-faceted bigotry, anger and paranoia of the surrounding grown-ups and distill this cocktail into their fear of a local shy and light-averse albino man, who they gradually convince themselves, is an alien from outer space.

Yep it's quality. Set on the West Lothian Coalfields in the 60s.

Yes and That analogy sums them up as Celtic and Rangers are renowned for the poison they bring to matches with bigotted and confrontational chants in a bid to solely aggravate people.

That sums up their support perfectly. They were more interested in aggravating. Their interest on the pitch was and is minimal given how much hope there is to be excited about on the pitch.

    What chants were aggravating:-

Everywhere they go Scotland get battered....confrontational

    John McGinn what a w***er what a w***er....confrontational

Something along lines of Euros your having a laugh.....confrontational

Lots more today before we even get into the Rule Brittania and Dambusters pish. Wtf that has to do with Northern Ireland god knows.

They done a lot of singing but right now I cannot thing of one chant about their players or team even after they scored.

Detestable tossers. Worst bunch of nobody and no-hoper supporters to grace Hampden.

If those chants bother you I suggest you take up watching Lawn Bowls or something

  3. Patterson was murder - he's better than that but you can tell he's rusty with lack of game time at Everton. I kind of understand Clarke giving him the full match when he really should have been hooked.

What I don't understand is the bizarre 541 / 451 against a team a couple of levels below us. Why play so many CMs?No Shankland and Ferguson starting also a strange one.

Some of the experienced lads need to have a long hard look at themselves. McGinn and Christie were abject tonight.

Bad day at the office all round.

Incorrect fella... Just because I live in Canada does not interfere with my knowledge of the goings on of Scottish football. My family and friends in Glasgow are season ticket holders. I know what's going on probably more than you... If you watched my Scottish Cup Final videos, there is a reason my seat was right down at the track. I know folk, well connected folk, so I am in the know. Your man Beaton is well known to venture into a couple well known sevco pubs, he is a hun, through and through.. For this very reason, it is an absolute disgrace this man is allowed to participate in the refereeing or VAR discretion in any way shape or form... Only is Scotland.........

I still cannae work out if you're serious or taking the piss

The worrying thing is Ramy is that you appear to actually believe this?

Am I wrong in saying that the ref on Sunday was "celtic leaning" but you and Rodgers are upset because the VAR ref was "Rangers leaning"?

The ref made the final calls. The sooner fans and people involved in the game move away from this nonsence the better. Refs are refs first and foremost.

Absolutely - the responsibility lies with the referee. A lot of people are forgetting this.

I have been on this board nearly 20 years, and I enjoy it. Seems lately there are alot of folk not being honest with themselves. I get it, your club allegiance is everything, I get it. I do however believe folk know I , Ramy, is correct.. There is no shame in keeping your "Honest" opinion to yourselves. I know you do not want to be "outed" or being though of as soft... It's ok to agree with Celtic FC and the corruption we deal with week after week, and say otherwise on a message board, that's why I'm not upset... It's ok lads, and lassie, we shall move forward together, and hopefully rid Scottish football of the ongoing favoritism and bias towards that one club, and we all know who they are.... Best Wishes... You need to give the Celtic sites a bye for a while mate for your own sanity

I haven’t seen Dundee turn in a performance this season like Hearts did today. The difference between last week and this was massive. Just a coincidence that Naismith is a Rangers fan…

Rangers turned in their best league performance in the last couple of seasons against Hearts and they scored early.

You're mental if you think Naismith set his team out not to try lol

That is a very good point mate. In saying that, From what I have seen, Isra l are playing the victim and the news media are going along with it.. It's heartbreaking to witness what is happening. I won't change my mind though, my hate for Israel is mounting. I know enough on this to know that Palestine is the victim here. My worry is if Iran and Lebanon get involved. That's what that fucktard Biden is hoping for, as he also has his head buried up the Zionists arse..

To be fair it is looking more like a friendly fire incident. The Israelis have presented "proof" but then again who do you believe?

Hamas and PIJ will just blame Israel even if it was their wonky ordinance and vice versa with the IDF denials.

One thing for certain is that it's the regular punter on the street that pays the price.
