    Yes.

Lets be honest here (if you are watching the match) he had done nothing up until that moment. He was Johnny on the spot for the goal heading in a deflected cross unmarked from 4 yards out. Even the commentators have him tagged as a 'makeshift striker'. The fact that so many want him in speaks buckets on how desperate we are as supporters and how desperate Scotland are at present.

If he’s scoring lucky goals, I’ll take that all day long

Is that three in four now? Would certainly be worth giving him a go up to, given our lack of striking options.

So far yeah. Should be playing with Fletcher. We need to win games, 1 up top nae use

  3. Yes, it came in from the SSC last week. Most were in relation to the Portugal match and overall experience but a chunky section on how confident we are about qualifying etc.

  4. The fact that the last 3 homes games (2 glamour friendlies and a competitive match) have failed to attract 20,000 fans gives an indication of the current state of play. Same old story and at 34, even with additional places, I'm now wondering if I'll ever see Scotland at a tournament again.

The next month will be some ride

💣💥 bang - there goes a lot of the feel good factor around the ladies team, unfortunately.

    Seconded.

  6. Look forward to seeing the squad. Given the 2 games I'd expect a solid team for the Israel match then lots of drop offs for the friendly which would give opportunity to try new players etc.

  7. The 55+ demographic is key. This is the most that are reluctant to any kind of change and easily duped by the establishment media.

I do take comfort in knowing that there's only a 6% swing needed next time to win. I know lots who voted No that would now be Yes which is welcome for next time. My biggest fear is that if we mess this up again then it's game over.

  8. Didn't hear any boos when Jack came on or when his name was called in the squad. Likewise with Allan McGregor. Strangely, only comments I'd seen were on Twitter from Rangers' fans who were unlikely in attendance playing the victim card again.

Club allegiances mean absolutely nothing on international duty. Pulling on the dark blue is much bigger than that.
