So what by have Bilic and Klinsmann done to make them worthy? Bilic just got sacked with only a 38% win record. I'd say O'Neill getting N Ireland to the Euros and a whisker away from the World Cup is way better than what Bilic and Klinsmann have achieved.
What had O Neill done worthy to metit the NI job?Managing Brechin City and Shamrock Rovers

Seperate issue.
I,m no techno but when and how do you get the reaction bar I see other members/posters have?
-
There would have more point/ credence to the game if we had a permanent manager in place

No thanks. I don’t really fancy England’s sloppy seconds.
If England deemed his actions as a sackable offence then he’s not a fit and proper person as far as the Scotland job is concerned in my opinion.

Phillips had three eye-catching performances in club games that were live on the telly around February / March time and that got him selected for five squads. Impressive work by him.
Ryan Jack signing for Rangers got him selected.Never got a sniff whilst at Aberdeen

I look forward to seeing Ryan Jack win the 1st of his 50 caps.
Savour it as you,ll not live long enough to see him win 10 never mind 50 caps

Rangers will be sending a letter of thanks to the other half for their contribution from their european exploits thats help fund the sacking of Pedro

No thanks - I'd much rather watch a real scotland team with poor Scottish players than a pretended Scotland team with poor foreigners

We cant fill Hampden as it is never mind with a capacity of 70,000
Agree in not giving any more money to either of the OF

Dont think we were rank but we weren,t all that goodalthough deserved to win
If we make the play offs and i say if,we should take the game to Parkhead.Atmosphere at Hampden is murder

Sad as a nation that we are so divided that Ibrox and Parkhead can sell out every second week but Hampden can’t. We really are becoming more and more like Northern Ireland the country all the time.
They dont
Theres regularly empty seats at Ibrox and Parkhead.Dont be fooled by the crowds they give out to the press
-
I,d be looking at a ton for it anyway if I was selling so your safe.
-
I also have one, unused apart from tryng it on.
Strangely enough said to the mrs a few days ago that I was thinking of selling it but she reckons I should keep
-
See the Slovaks have sold out their initial ticket allocation of 1200 and have requested 540 more.Surprised at such a small allocation considering the importance of the game and that they had 4000 supporters at Wembley

In my long career in following Scotland which includes 3 WC,that night is up there with some of the best I,ve witnessed. The night before, whole day of the game, the march, the game, the goal, the celebration, the support, celebration after the game,a blur

I'm not a huge Lawwell fan, there's something about him I'm not sure about.
But he is bang on the money on this issue.
Rangers cheated and gained a massive advantage on the pitch as a direct result of that cheating. I see no way in which that can be seriously disputed by anyone other than those who have a vested interest. As an absolute minimum there is a case to answer.
The abject failure of the SFA to support an investigation is nothing other than a severe dereliction of duty. To hide behind the supposed damage to Scottish football's reputation that would occur by "raking over the coals" as they rather awkwardly put it is embarrassing and naive in the extreme.
It is a long standing principle of any justice system within organisations that any potential wrongdoing must be investigated thoroughly and consequences brought to bear where wrongdoing is found to have taken place, no matter how long it takes, no matter what else may be dredged up in the process and no matter the damage to the reputation of those concerned.
The fact that the SFA has chosen to bury its head in the sand and shy away from such a process serves only to further prove their substantial lack of fitness to oversee and govern our game. Time and again the SFA has proved itself unfit for purpose.
The supposed damage to our game's reputation the SFA claims would occur by carrying out an investigation is nothing compared to he damage being done to our game's reputation by NOT carrying out an investigation into these matters.
Not for the first time, the SFA has allowed itself to be manipulated and driven by fear of offending a big club and it's often rabid support rather than doing what is right and proper.
For the good of Scottish football there MUST be a full and thorough investigation into this issue no matter the consequences for any individual(s) or organisation(s) concerned. And it must be fully open and transparent.
It looks like once again it is going to be down to the fans to voice their opinions and force the issue.
Spot on
