  1. Cheers pal. Will do...they'll get so sick of me phoning they'll put me in the squad!!? Ticket or no ticket I'll see you for a good old bevvy in Covent Garden!!
  2. Just phoned them and they said they're all gone. Regarding the purchase of tickets via phone....yesterday I was told I could do this, so I also constantly redialed today and eventually got through to be told it's and online sale only. Shambles!!!
  3. This is a F***ING DISCRACE!!!! I logged on at 11.45 and refreshed page until tickets became available, I selected 2 into basket then it kept asking me to select quantity...then it wouldn't load to purchase. Three times I selected 2 tickets and now it says SOLD OUT....RAGING is not the word!!!! I'm a bus driver and I swapped jobs today to be finished in time so also lost a few hours pay...happy f***ING DAYS!
  4. Best bet is Covent Garden...nice square with bit of cover and loads of bars! But you canny beat a crawl of the Samuel Smith pubs...best prices in town. I live in south London. When my uncle pops down from up the road we always do a Sam Smith pub crawl http://www.samsmithschallenge.co.uk/map.php
  5. Thank god there's extra tickets!!!! Long story short...I totally missed the SSC email announcing the original sale date as I had been on a bit of a mad bender!! But not only did I miss out, ma pal I always book for was gony throttle me! Alao does anyone know the telephone number for the ticket office instead of booking online. Might be unable to access the internet at midday Thursday.
  6. Cheers for heads up. Hootanannys could be a great place to watch games but im fed up of getting there to explain to some wafty haired tosser that Scotland are playing!!!
  7. There must be somewhere everyone gathers for the games in london??? I know most will be traveling over but there must be a few staying behind. Contacted London Reds above but they don't drink in that boozer anymore!!
  8. With the wee one on the way I canny make this one. So where is the best place for watching the game in London these days. Just seen that the Rob Roy has closed down...what a bugger!!!
  9. Thats us London Tartan Troops heading for the night bus up the road. Anyone else on the 23.45?? Hopefully no full of Engerland fans! Canny wait for this now!!
  10. As mentioned in Title....help would be appreciated!!!
  11. Does anyone know of any Scottish Bars in Hamilton Ontario to watch the up coming Qualifiers??
  12. One more late shift on ma big red bus, finish at bloody 1.15am and the coach from Victoria goes at 9am....busmans holiday!! Canny bloody wait now....like a wee wean at Christmas every time!!! Big bottles of energy drink topped up with Voddy should do the trick!!
  13. We're going to use the free travel from Cologne to Dortmund on the Sunday morning (just have to pay for the few stops to edge of free zone). But we have booked the 00.51 ICE train returning after the game just to make sure we get back. Its only £10 each for a single!!
  14. We are also doing this journey. The only thing worrying us is the return journey...will there be enough trains to take us all?? Also that return train at 00.51 is an ICE train so isn't covered by free travel!!
  15. Exactly...price is amazing. We're only paying about £30 each from Victoria!! The whole trip inc travel, hotel and match ticket is about £110!!! We're back on the 11am Monday from Cologne.
  16. See you there bud...grab few bevvys on the boat!!
  17. Just need a ticket to and from Langenfeld. Think its about 6. ;-)
  18. Travelled with them for years, but only within the UK. Mainly up for games from London. Never had a problem with them so fingers crossed the European travel is all good!
  19. Three of us on the 9am from London Victoria...anyone else??
  20. We dont arrive until about 7pm saturday evening so wont get to see much of it. Dump bags and straight into first boozer!!
  21. Few people asking recently best places to drink in Cologne. Not sure if everyone knows but the Cologne Beer Festival is on from the 5th to 7th September!! http://www.bierboerse.com/city/koeln.htm
  22. The free travel zone is not that far from Cologne. So we're just going to catch the normal train service (takes an extra 10-15 mins than the ICE service) to arrive in Dortmund for midday. Just have to pay a few euros each to edge of zone!!
