Strong squad but as always it will be oor mental belief that will be deciding factor

  2. Cheers lads, have tae agree on Basel itself....pretty average. Nice enough and nae a bad wee Christmas market.

The bars and restaurants are visually really nice but the food in the places I ate let it doon especially considering the price.

Drink was awright, nae too pricey compared tae Londonshire...dinae think a tried the pilsner that got mentioned earlier

Took a day trip through tae Frieburg, very nice. Quality couple a beer houses, names escape me the now.

Enjoyable time but a lot nicer places tae visit

I find it strange that an Englishman can complain about using  "foreign mercenaries"  when your Union side is full of them, you are coached by an Aussie,  England  has the largest pool of players and has the wealthiest Union so why go pick from other countries.

You have also answered your own question, League is a northern power house and hence why only 35k watched the game in London .

    This ?

This is the team I 100% fear us putting out:

    Marshall
    Paterson - Martin - Hanley - Wallace
    Fletcher - Brown
    Snodgrass - McArthur - Ritchie
    Martin

For me we get ruined 3 or 4 nil with that.. we've got all the guys with poor technique and low work-rate, there's no pace at all, it sticks with the same players despite them not getting game time at club level and it'll just be a horror show for 95 minutes.

Unfortunately I think there's a 70% chance that that'll be the side we start the game with.

Got a feeling yer right...but Bannan instead a Snodgrass

    Either way..bad times

You go and follow Celtic to an away game and I guarentee you the folk most pissed, singing shite songs and generally behaving like arseholes are the teuchtar fans. I'd ban them from Celtic park if I had my way.

Seen enough a the "best supporters in the world" in ma time that a would prefer never tae have any interaction with them and their ugly sisters again

"Given that we took around 1,800 to a game where we were charged £25, we could have, by boycotting them, denied them £45,000 gate money plus whatever we spent on programmes and pies (presumably mutton). Add to that any money spent in shops, chippies, pubs and hotels which, is stopped, might even have local businesses hurting and complaining to the local Chamber of Commerce, who might take it to the Council, who might take it to the football club. "

    my personal favourite part:lol:

we should all be grateful for the blue £

That's got tae be a joke....canae believe they are that deluded they honestly believe they are oor saviours
