  1. A was there last night. Good evening (shite venue)

We played really well...possibly the best team on the night. Ingerlundshire were dreadful, six a side football and they continually played long balls tae Heskey

Definitely worth a look, good support last night, the Christian Dailly song was definitely given a blast. Speaking of which, he went off injured last night so hoping he is fit fir the night

Edited tae say a just noticed the original post saying aboot Dailly's injury

    Take a look at @StarSixes's Tweet: https://twitter.com/StarSixes/status/885579859614867458?s=08

  2. Cheers Wanderer, aye the more a look the more long winded it is

Edited to say that apparently you now have tae attend the Russian Visa centre tae provide yer fingerprints prior tae travelling

  3. Bit of advice needed...

Flying to Tallinn in November for a few nights then over to St Petersburg (bus or train, nae sure yet) for 3 nights

Fly out of St Petersburg back to Londonshire

What's the story with Visa requirements for Russia, had a quick look and did nae realise the costs ?

    Any other advice appreciated

    Cheers

  4. Had the pleasure of meeting MacGregor in 2012 for the Slovenia friendly.

We had booked a one way bus after the game to Zagreb (after initially flying in tae Trieste)

Still tae this day one a the best nights a have had. Nae issues with the transfer, then directly tae the Supporters club after party.

A remember saying tae the big yin that we would go check in and come back...we were encouraged tae sack that idea and get drinking

Great food and drink and the friendliest folk a have met in long time. Had the privilege of seeing the Supporters club. Decked oot was memorabilia. Genuinely could nae buy a beer.

When the night ended oor group was given t-shirts, tankards and anything else they could find. I only had a replica shirt tae offer and even that was initially declined, although they did like the dodgy SSC bag !!? A great nation and very very proud of their history.

Around aboot 5 in the morning (still had nae checked in tae oor hotel...flight was at 9!?) a happened tae mention the music in the taxi. Immediately MacGregor gets on the phone, ten minutes later we're aw ootside a record shop when a very tired lad appears, opens the shop and gives us a load a CD's!!!!!

Looking forward tae going back tae Zagreb in October

  5. Unlucky that, although Gatland will nae be bothered.

At least now Stuart Barnes can stop slating him and telling everyone how much better Knowles is

And as long as Mike Brown does nae get a phone call

Blues won, 22-16, anyone watch it?  Play well?

Thought it was a competitive game. Lions started well, think the Barbarian game woke them up.

Blues came back in tae it and after that fairly even.

Cracking try the big difference....although the line out at the end was laughable.

A reckon Sexton is trying tae play himself out the Test matches...but he is a whingeing tart.

Crusaders next. 8 All Blacks in the Crusaders squad and unbeaten in Super Rugby this year.

Hogg will be under pressure and needs a big game. Good few a the tweed jacket wearers doon here are on his back awready.

Awready feels like a make or break game. It potentially could get very embarrassing and hopefully will show Gatland up.

  7. Tough draw fir Glasgow, but nae impossible tae win it either. Any idea when the fixture dates are announced? Couple a decent away trips there

Good draw fir Edinburgh....Krasny Yar

  8. Scotland

    Number 1 seeds

    Peter Wright and Gary Anderson

Ranked 2 and 3 in the world...

Just got humped 5-2 by Singapore

Poor effort, looked totally uninterested. Loads a rumours they dinae get on but that was pathetic

    (Thank you for your question.)

Rather than be a 'slave' who succumbs to the sort of 'traditional' divisive non-footballing baggage that goes along with being a supporter of the likes of Rangers and Celtic, Aberdeen fans have consciously chosen to make a point of the football being about the football only and have sensibly decided to 'STAND FREE' from such pathetic nonsense.

    It's one 'game' we won't play. :)

    That Scotty, is beautiful :ok:

  10. Gutted. Nae hiding fae that the day. Absolutely gutted.

Gave everything but just nae enough. Did nae see us running oot a steam even playing the high press but there you go.

The Hayes / Kenny moment..nae words

Just did nae take oor chances

Scott Brown how was he nae booked, nae sure wit the ref thinks in these situations

Stockley, if it'd been the other way a would have been shouting fir a red but a hope he did nae mean it.

Well done tae Celtic, regardless , going unbeaten is a good achievement. It does make you wonder on the days performance wit a league we might have if the money was evenly spread.

A good season but still gutted. Safe journey tae aw the Reds heading up the road

    Stand Free
