Spoiled brats, similar to Paul Le guen at ibrox where player power pushed him out. Barry Fergus on was the ringleader in that debacle which culminated in Walter smith being poached from us.
The same way Scotland players got rid of Burley in the Wales. friendly.

I think he's still waiting on the money from the SFA
IIRC It's Kenny who'll not touch the money over, 100k sitting in an account.

Bit of a glossing over our spectacular failure to get even a play off place.

We played in the liquid rooms last weekend supporting SLF! Great sound and gig, but no kettle backstage!!
You be doing the st paddys gig at the Barras?
-

The Venue Edinburgh was great, Liquid Rooms is good, Picture House was great, now to become a souless Wotherspoons. Loads of good venues in Glasgow. Was at The Art School few weeks ago great sound.

This week I will mostly be listening to Sleaford Mods Key Markets or Divide and Exit[/quote
Their Edinburgh gig was superb last week.

You better get used to it , it's part of her brief , attack SNP on anything. I'm sure the odious git will never be off EBC.

Early orgasm from Chick on the radio...

He had an even bigger 1 with Vaulks goal.

Good to see Shinnie finally getting a call up, should have been in last year.

Not much I've got 20 Lari if you want it.

Rancheros - only ever saw them at Rugby Park...
Argentina veterans, was it Soccer Stars crisps you got then? Think they were star shaped and had a World Cup football card inside them. I recall my delight when I pulled big Joe out the bag
Aye '78 Soccer Stars for World Cup, with the player cards .

After all the hype, went to see Glasvegas at TITP 1st time they played, they were dreadful.

I never understood why Celtic signed him. He made it clear that he wasn't interested and only when there was no other options did he sign.
Funnily enough he's been disinterested and a flop.
Makes you wonder why Celtic went through with the deal in the end.
Good bit if business to ship him out too.
Deila admitted he hadn't seen him play, he went on the recommendation of the chief scout.

I remember a few years back watching a programme called 30 Days In May where an English lawyer, now quite famous, defended a black American and tried to prove his innocence as his execution loomed. He had people telling him who committed the crime (maybe even the murderer, I can't remember) and despite what was compelling evidence of innocence they went ahead and executed him anyway. Which highlights that it is nothing to do with justice and everything to do with sating their own bloodlust driven by revenge. Which is not a mindset upon which a judicial system should be founded.
And if anyone gets a chance to read Helen Prejean's Dead Man Walking you won't regret it. A truly brilliant narrative on why state-supported execution is wrong.
Mind of watching it as well, compelling documentary, way back when the BBC used to do good 1s
Can watch it here

Highland Fling completed for a 2nd time. Knocked nearly 1h off last years time but just failed in getting under 9h by 1min and 38sec.
Happy with the run though and the conditions were just fantastic, especially considering what they were like on Sunday.
That' s a great time, I was marshalling at Inversnaid, enjoyable day. Hopefully get in a relay time next year.

Both nights were brilliant, 1st time I've been at Grand Hall for a gig, good venue.

JD Mcpherson - Let the Good Times Roll
Gaz Coombes - Matador
PSB great album too, go to see them if you get a chance, went to see them couple of years ago at ABC2.

Ally I was recommended Life Fit physio's in Weir Street, where the old buroo was. I'm going on on Monday, done my calf in, been hobbling about since Tuesday.

Ran 1st race this year today, House of Binns 5k, great course, good hills, lots of running on uneven ground, plenty of mud and thrown in as well. Not had offical time yet, round about 25.30ish.
-
That was a proper cross country out there today - total quagmire, pishing rain and wind, and fecking Baltic. Still a great turnout, enjoyed the race even if the conditions scuppered hope of a decent time
I was at the park last night doing some circuits, it's wrecked, practically unusable. Hopefully there's a plan of action to remedy some of it.

I just mind after 15mins the players chucked the towel in and a shocker tackle from Hutton later on.
