Pretty much picks itself I think…

    goalies - Gunn, Gordon, clarke

defence - hickey, Robertson, Porteous, Hanley, tierney, Patterson, hendry, McKenna, taylor

mid -  gilmour, mcgregor, mcginnn, Mctominay, Ferguson, McLean, Armstrong, Christie, Fraser

    fwd - dykes, Adams, shankland

That's 24. I've got a feeling he'd drop Fraser from that lot if it was a 23, but I'd ditch Patterson. If it was a squad of 26, Doak could be a gamble. Rumours are he could be fit by the end of the season. It would be great having another striking option too, just worried he'd go for McBurnie.

Can you log into someone else’s ticket app on your own phone.

My mate is likely going to miss the Hungary game but has a ticket, can I log into his account on my phone to get the ticket?

You could for EURO 2020, I presume it will be the same. I knew someone who couldn't leave his home due to covid but had tickets for all three games. It was too late to cancel them to be redistributed to other fans, so he offered them to friends who then just logged into his account on the ticket app and it worked a treat.

Quick question if I purchase tickets say in category 1 for Switzerland game.  Can I swap these for someone with cat 3 tickets Germany game ?

Not if they are in the Scotland end, I contacted UEFA earlier today about swapping my Cat 3 Germany ticket with someone who has a Fans First Germany ticket and they said it can't be done.

I was in fans first for all three then got thrown out three times. Tried with different devices and now my Germany code is blocked!

    Any advice!!?!

It might have gone through. Same happened to me thought I'd missed out then a confirmation email came through despite always being told the card didn't work. Check your spam folder too.

  5. I've had a look at the numbers and looks like the 12 pointers+ don't have too much to worry about but it's looking bleak for the 11 pointers and less.

From what I can gather, there are 7869 on 12 or more points (not sure how many are eligible for accessible tickets*); with 2898 tickets available at 50 Euros and 3435 at 195 Euros, 1536 fans could end up with 400 Euro tickets today if everyone eligible were to buy a ticket. There are 2541 400 Euro tickets so nobody needs to buy a 600 Euro ticket today, although some might want to.  Bearing in mind that many 12 point+ fans might not attend the match, most are in with a good shout of 'Fans First' or Cat 3 tickets.

That leaves an incredible 3685 Scottish fans who will have to pay 400 or 600 Euros for a ticket.  I can see the ticket availability dropping down, maybe even to 5 or 6 points.

*I've not included accessible tickets in these numbers as the prices are slightly different. They are:

    57 @ 50 Euros

    76 @ 155 Euros

    80 @ 320 Euros

    18 @ 480 Euros

  6. I think the only fair way to solve this is to offer everyone over 12 points a ticket at the average price (£210 for Munich, probably half this for the other games) in a 48-hour window next week; that way nobody needs to take any more unpaid leave, reschedule any meetings or take another sickie - we just buy a ticket when convenient. This would also make it easier to link bookings making sure groups and families were seated together.

  7. I booked Edinburgh-Helsinki-Munich today with Finnair, leaving Ed at 0840 on the 12th and arriving at Mun at 1750. £260 one-way which was steep but as I was late booking and the times looked good I decided to take the hit.

Phew. Bullet dodged. Now we can relax and enjoy the rest of the tourna… Oh, wait…

We can enjoy the next two weeks until the mania starts about them winning the World Cup next year. 🙄

  9. The Foot-ball Club, from Edinburgh, wrote down the rules of football in 1833, which I believe was around 30 years before the FA was founded.  Ok, the rules are not the same as the FA set down, but the rules now are not the same as the FA set down back then.  In my opinion, nobody invented football, so long as there has been a cabbage, potato, rock...people would have been kicking them between things.

  10. I was back down the fan park today for 'The Boogie Unicorn'. Believe it or not, it was much better than when a match is on. Since Scotland were put out the games have been empty (according to the volunteers on-site) - it's SO annoying that people aren't returning tickets to the Fan Zone that they aren't using. So many kids are missing out on a great day out at this amazing place.

  11. I was looking every day to see if any fan park tickets for Glasgow Green were made available, about 2 weeks ago I was lucky enough to pick up 2 tickets for the Den/Cze Ukr/Eng quarter-finals, however, we were nearly the only ones there! The main fan park was empty too. If you have tickets and aren't going to use them please hand them back. My daughter was desperate to attend today and she couldn't as all of the tickets were taken, she would have been the second kid there. This is SO annoying.

Has anyone been to the family area in the fan zone? Have tickets with the kids on Saturday evening but don't know if it looks up to much or worth going now.

    Cheers

I've been to the fan zone and walked past the family area. I think it looks great, there are a couple of small pitches there where the kids have an organised kick about, the big screen is a little smaller than the other screens there but it still looked good, there were no tables so I'd say a waterproof picnic blanket is essential.

There were only a couple of food stalls so taking some food might be an idea too. It's an alcohol free area too.

I've got tickets for one of the semi-finals and I'll definitely be going.
