  1. Really feel for the 11pointers tomorrow. Especially when €400 becomes €600 only left. I’d be in pain pushing that button to approve the payment. 🤣Consider myself lucky to have had first go yesterday. I would have had first goes at the cheap tickets if they had staggered the points but they didn’t and it’s not normal practice. There will be some people from the north and the islands who have only been to home games who will have spent more in time and money going to just home games than some folk from the Central belt who’ve mixed some home games and a couple of away games.

Having to pay €195 for a ticket when all the €50 ones went within 30 seconds to folks who needn't ever have gone to an away game

When I went in a few seconds after 12 noon there were no FF €50 tickets for Munich when I clicked on the dropdown) didn’t just dive up to the €195 ones, but continued to click on the €50 ones probably about 10 times and one appeared in basket about a minute later. Same thing happened with the Swiss game. By the time I got to the last game was so happy I’d managed FF in first 2 just went for Cat 3 after first few attempts to get FF tickets failed. There is no logic in why that happened at the start, just the vagaries of the system. My fellow old git supporter (sitting next to me) not as IT wise or dexterous  got a Munich FF ticket about 2 minutes after I did. He lagged even further behind me (about 5 minutes)with the Cologne game and again got an FF ticket. I think there’s a big element of luck in this as well. Looks like tickets jumping in and out of baskets a bit certainly at the start.

    I'm on the same flight.

It's tight but as I booked direct with Lufthansa I'm hoping that if things go wrong, they will get me to my final destination.

Brussels airport a really easy transfer! Plus if you miss it airline need to fix it! Also likely to be quite a few on flight so more likely to hold 2nd plane a bit too!

are tickets held in your basket while you go back and get tickets for another game or can they go to someone else and be sold? (for 11 pointers)

Risk you take, once in your basket tickets usually held for a set time. Ask again tmoro after sale happens. It might become obvious.

You can do it with the normal Scotland tickets sales. There was a big discussion on here before about it. If you went in before the start time you couldn’t actually buy them but they sat in your ‘basket’ so when the sale time kicked in you were first to get tickets. Thats why people were going mental if they signed in at exactly 10 am for instance and all the tickets were gone.
I would be very surprised if Uefa allowed that to happen though , especially when access codes are required, its more complex .

That trick only worked when it was switching between points levels! It didn’t / doesn’t work for the first sales session as tickets only appeared after the start time.

I think 12 pointers would have a genuine grievance if they retroactively changed the sales schedule now following an unintentional mess up.

I agree it should have been 32-21 then 21-17 or whatever initially, but changing it now would be incredibly shady.

Don’t think they can lose any more credibility than they have already!! 🤣

As I understood it (I could be wrong) UEFA were opening up the ticket portal for a day for each association to stagger the web traffic. Did another association go before us and was it OK for them ? Also if this is right does it mean there is only a limited window of today for them to get this sorted, Surely this would have been tested to the nth degree? IT's not just one error i.e. the release of codes to those with <12 points but getting the dates and days wrong for two out of three matches is just embarrassing - surely someone reviewed this before it was launched ?

Think some Portugal fans have already bought.

does anyone know if we will receive three codes or one for for all three games. its not clear and the info from SFA seems to contradict one for each game? will you be able to buy one ticket at a time? or you have to buy all three in one shot?

I thinks it’s 3 codes for today and from tomorrow only 1 for 11 pointers!

I am on 16 points so closer to the lower end but I agree with you that those on higher points should get first choice.

I refuse to pay Eur 400 or Eur 600 for a ticket regardless of whether I can afford it or not. Its bloody robbery and is like everything in life these days, money buys you everything ,  I am not encouraging it. It’s not Scotland fans fault we were drawn for the opening match.
We already have a bit of a headache getting to Munich due to some poor planning on my part, that price of ticket would make the decision for me probably not to travel.

I don’t have a problem with the pricing, it’s basic supply and demand! What’s not right is that we are being penalised along with German fans for being A1 and A2, whilst every other group game is priced considerably lower!

Good point. Are the sales for other countries starting at the same time? Last time round we were just buying the tickets which had been held back for the Play Off winners. Most of the the other tickets had already been allocated. I had forgotten about that.

I think they’ll be staggering sales! England saying it will be next week before their sale!

    To answer my own question.

""Please note: Eligible supporters shall receive their codes ahead of 12 noon on Wednesday, 6 December.

    Doesn't leave much time...

Just checked for Euro 2020 purchase! Emails arrived between 13:16 and 13:32 on the day before the sale started at 13:00 the next day!

No and SFA claim they don’t know either! Claiming it’s all down to UEFA!!

England are selling based on attendance with codes for lowest price tickets being mailed to highest cap (points) holders first etc!! So they can take advantage before people who have been to far fewer games!

Sorry if it's in here already but we still don't know how many Fans First tickets there are versus Cat 1,2 and 3 do we? If it's significantly less than the 10,000 allocation of 32-12 pointers, you would think they would have broken the sales schedule up a bit more?

No and SFA claim they don’t know either! Claiming it’s all down to UEFA!!

Yeah. Thr last people that they are interested in is the fans. They are happy to milk the fans to keep them in the style they are accustomed to. Hopefully there a lot of lower category tickets available.

I have said  a few times I think that 12-32 pointers will all get the lower 2 priced categories if thats what they want. Mind you 195€ ain’t that low! In the stadium in Munich it looks to me from the ticketing plan there are less fan first tickets by % of the whole stadium than some grounds but quite a high number of cat 3 tickets, so think they will be the highest volume will be allocated. Time will tell though!

I don't think we will be forced into buying the top tier tickets. The 600 Euro tickets are optional only. There would be a heck of a lot of empty seats if fans were being charged 600 Euros.

I think it’s highly likely a small proportion of our tickets will be the 400€ and 600€ ones! UEFA don’t care about fans pockets! Too busy lining their own!!

its a bit of  a nightmare, we have four family tickets to get s need to buy one for each game, then log in for each of the the other members, on different mails and repeat entering the order ref for each of the three venues. you should be able to add seat with members codes in one place, even if their tickets still goes to their individual emails. so i guess you only pick your section. So what happens when you get to the second or third person and theres no more tickets in that category!!! they havent thought this out. its a nightmare. or am i getting this wrong?

Unfortunately you need to buy individually and if you’re in different categories you won’t be seated together. There’s also no guarantee you’ll be seated together anyway. At the last Euros we filled in all the appropriate bits for the 5 of us to link orders. Worked at Hampden a treat and all together. For Wembley 4 of us together and one 100 yds away. PS  Good luck on Wednesday. We’re having another  stress masterclass at mine on Wednesday lunchtime to buy. Brilliant to have the first  game but feel we’re being a bit punished re: the prices being 195€ for 2nd cheapest tickets. It’s probably  a  once in a lifetime experience. I think that the most any 32-12 pointers will be forced to pay is the €195 as I don’t think we’ll get many cat 1 and 2 tickets. Really feel for 11 pointers having to decide on paying up €600 when all other group games are max of €200. UEFA should be selling the tickets to qualifying teams for this game at the same price bandings as the other group games and only charging outwith that the higher prices.

Apologies for this dumb question but at the part where you can add multiple matches ,  does anyone know if you add the access codes one at a time and go through the ticket choice, or if you add both codes at the same time. I will have to be doing this for both myself and my husband on seperate devices so would rather be prepared.

I bought each of my tickets separately last time. So that works too!
