Considering emailing SSC to request that this is made a 100% pick up. Agree that in the absence of this it would be a harvesters dream.
Can't be that difficult given small number of tickets being made available.
Would consider that all intending going should contact SSC with a similar request.
Agreed - it can't be too difficult

Might be,but there is the chance that people on high points but unable to go to the Faroes will purchase a ticket with no intention of going, but just to add 2 points to their total for away games.Would be pretty shameful if anyone did that and deny somebody who actually wants to go a ticket. Can't see why when we are only getting 460 tickets it can't be a complete pick up of tickets in the Faroes.
Great point - why the pick up is only for people living outside the UK I don't understand. Administratively a pick up would not be that hard

That'll be enough I think.
I suspect so too. There will be few fans able to get there, unless they have gambled and booked their travel well in advance on the assumption that they will somehow get hold of a match ticket

Can anyone give a definitive answer on whether we will be allowed to travel? From UK Foreign Office website and Danish government websites tonight I have found the following,
"Entry to Denmark - fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated UK residents or those previously infected with COVID-19 can enter Denmark for all purposes, without the need to test or self-isolate."
"Travel to the Faroe Islands. All UK resident travellers to the Faroe Islands must have a worthy purpose to enter in line with the Danish government's requirements."
"When travelling to the Faroe Islands, you are entering the Kingdom of Denmark. This means that the rules for entering Denmark also apply to the Faroe Islands."
The contradiction is clear.
Agreed - very contradictory. If challenged I will be saying that I am visiting friends. Not attending a football match.
Assuming we get a ticket allocation it's looking like it will be tough for people to travel and possibly even to gain entry to the Faroes

Covid
Yep - and flights to the Faroes are scarce at the best of times. I booked Atlantic Airways from Edinburgh last week for £472. I suspect I got one of the very last flights. It's going to be interesting to see how many people travel assuming there is a ticket allocation (which I think there will be)

Groupamo Arena, home of Ferencvaros; was confimed in the original announcement was it not?
If so that's a very decent, recently rebuilt stadium

Someone told me he even mentions her in his "memoirs".
According to her they both pushed each other and if he had came back the next year she would have "finished the job" by plastering his nose around his face... WTF, all sounds a bit mental.
Ah - they don't breed wummin like that anymore

Can't see anything like 10000 tickets being sold after the last two performances. None of our group of 9 who attended both games are now making the trip.
Seems like the last of the 13,700 went today

I got an email a while back about allocation dates but for the life of me can't find it or find it online, can someone remind me dates for the 10 pointers down to 1 pointers, think it was to start about now with about a day between each point level. I think, maybe I was drunk???
6th September mailer - For the unmissable England clash at Wembley in November, 7,600 tickets will be available exclusively to Scotland Supporters Club members
We have worked closely with our English counterparts to ensure as many tickets as possible are available to our SSC members and we are delighted to have secured an 8% allocation, which will be reciprocated at Hampden next June.
Prices for the match at Wembley on Friday 11th November range from £65, £55, £45 and £35 and we have been assured allocations at all price points.
Tickets for both games will be on sale soon. -
When I rang the Wembley Box Office yesterday they would not even confirm that there would be a general sale. Anyone got a link to something mentioning 3pm on Monday 10th Oct?

Thought the best team lost in the end. Real are a pretty poor team and have had a fairly easy route to the fina and got lucky last night, no doubt about it.
Agreed

Had a decent season, scored 7 goals. Rumours of west ham looking at him
I saw QPR play 20 plus times last season - he was not good. Played far better in his previous 2 seasons at Loftus Road.

Philips has had a very poor season with QPR - surprised he's in the squad
Keen on the Faroes away now
in Faroe Islands v Scotland

Is anyone else making the Faroes trip a double header with their match v Austria on Saturday and then the Scotland match on Tuesday?
