BUS 5 BOOKING IS CONFIRMED Those who've requested seats, as noted above, the cost will be £3.50 each return - slight increase compared to the 4 other coaches and is due to a small increase in the hire cost plus of course, the Euro exchange rate dropping like a stone! With the surge in seat requests, I've emailed the bus company to hire the 5th coach but as its a public holiday today in Malta, I'm then expecting confirmation at some point tomorrow and will confirm final cost and payment process from there. Please keep an eye on an update pretty soon on this thread but the seats on this coach are ONLY for those who've asked, per the list above, meaning those requests are 100% guaranteed. If we can get around 40 names, that then makes the running of the 5th coach viable, with details of the travel listed below - I'm estimating that the cost might be a little more, due to the demands on the number of coaches already hired but would suggest it would be no Higher than £4.00/seat. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY AT THIS STAGE, AS UNTIL THERES ENOUGH OF A DEMAND, I'M NOT INTENDING TO HOLD ANYONE'S MONEY - IF YOU TRANSFER, I'LL SEND IT RIGHT BACK! ** Any excess monies will be donated to the Sunshine Appeal - no one travels for free and no one makes any personal gain from this ** If you require seat(s), please add your name to this thread, with the running total as follows: Name Seats Tartan_McCole 2 Stewart_Aberdeen 3 Thanks, Paul TRAVEL TIMES AND PICK UP/DROP OFF POINTS I’ve contacted and have 100% confirmation with the owner of this bar that we can party here, which is large enough to cater for, the circa 250 of us travelling: Surfside Bar and Grill Tower Road, Sliema, Malta Depart at 19.15 SHARP (Buses will be there from around 18.00) to the Ta' Qali National Stadium (Kick off time is 20.45) Return straight after the game (leaving no later than 23.00, so please be there or we’ll leave without you) and back to the bar. The bar will stay open for as long as people want served ………… I’ve suggested they may want to revisit that statement!! The bar is split over a couple of levels and whilst they are adamant they will be able to cater for our ‘drinks demands’ and not have a delay in getting the drinks served, I’m also in discussions for them to put in a can/bottle bar on the lower floor. They’ve agreed to make a donation from the day to the Sunshine Appeal, based on increased sales and there being the 250 of us, i.e. trade they’d not be able to count on usually – as opposed to making a payment to the organiser, which is not what this is about, its about getting us to/from the stadium, for no personal gain. I’ll be able to post more specifically what they’ll be doing on the day, nearer the time The coach company have also confirmed that will be picking us up/dropping us off in the vicinity of the bar.

That's the last TWO seats available, on the 4 coaches I've booked. If you want them, please follow the payment process as posted earlier. Once these 2 seats are sold, I'll start a new list and if/when it reaches about 40, I'll confirm the coach with the hire company. Paul
