I've pretty much decided to go with the Green Olive Jerusalem tour mate. Works out about 95 quid each.

I'll be in touch during the week and we can arrange to get it booked. The minimum requirement is four people so will be myself and my mate along with you and your wife.

    Cheers

Sounds great. Would cost as much in beer if we didn't do a trip. Still get a few after the trip. Let's know payment details. Can transfer to your account if easier.

Not yet mate. Going to decide between the two I posted and will send you a pm.

Think I'm more swaying towards the Jerusalem only one though

Cheers bud. We are happy with either. Looking forward to it. Gets us back in time for a few beers.

Been quoted 75 quid return for an airport transfer. There's 3 of us and it fits 4 so if any solo travelers are on the Luton to Tel Aviv on Tuesday afternoon then you're welcome to jump in with us.

Any more news for the trip on Wed.

    Any one in particular?

I can't decide between these two

With the first one you see both Bethlehem and Jerusalem but it feels a lot more religious whereas the other seems to concentrate more on the conflict between Israel and Palestine which is more interesting to me

More than happy to do what you folks want as I can see you've looked in to the trips in some detail. We fly Luton to Paphos on the Monday then Paphos to Tel Aviv Tues night arriving 2140. Wed is the best day for us. Count us in.

No problem. I had originally planned on doing the Friday as our flight home was around midnight but they brought it forward to 6pm which means having to get a hotel in Luton for the night as well rather than just sit in the airport for a few hours before flying to Glasgow.

The Mrs and me arrive Tues night and may be interested in a trip on the Wed. Also flying back in to Luton on the Friday.

Sleeping rough or staying in Haifa on the Fri & Sat?

Back Tel Aviv to Luton Fri afternoon. Drive home in Banbury. Train to Glasgow Sat for the Portugal game on Sun. Train back south Monday.

  7. Feck it. Just booked this for the Mrs and me. Out Wed 14 £65.00 each and back Mon 19 £65.00 each. £260.00 all in for both of on direct flights. Easy jet have a flight to Glasgow at 1830 on the Monday at £28.00 getting there in plenty time for Tuesday's game at Hampden. Then train back down south on the Wed. Just hope Wizz Air don't change these flights again and feck up more peoples plans.

where you seeing this mate 7 of us on that flight have not recieved anything

If you look on Wizz Air website all that month has moved to the day before I.e. used to be out Thurs and Sat but now out Wed and Fri with no flight Sat. The prices are very good but it says 'this route is pending regulatory approval'. Not sure what that means but it doesn't fill me with confidence as it sounds like it could be subject to more change.

  9. Luton to Paphos Easyjet Mon 8th 62.00. Paphos to Tel Aviv Ryanair Tues 9th 25.00 (you can go Mon night). Tel Aviv to Luton Wizz Air Fri 12th 90.00 in their sale a few weeks ago. 177.00 all in.Then get to Glasgow for the Sunday game and back south Tues (Not booked that part yet).

well done stuart, save a lot of hassle by picking up tickets for both games in peru., get the beer in, I arrive sat night in lima.

We are here now Pete - arrived last night. See you for a beer Saturday. Gives a shout when you arrive.

  11. I called the SSC once I checked out the pick up point as I didn' realise we had elected to collect until no tickets arrived through the door (I called them to be told I had chose to collect). They also told me that the Mexico tickets can be collected in Peru at the same time as collecting the Peru ones.

I’m on an Interjet flight that arrives at 11.30pm on the 30th. I’d certainly share a taxi/bus with someone.

The Mrs and me are also on the Interjet flight Wednesday 30th. We will share. Don't think we are far from each other reading other threads. We are staying at the Casa Blanca.
