I’ve got a room booked and was coming here to see what folk are doin. I’m up for going regardless but it would be better if we can get tickets to Trafalgar Square area. Anyone else gonna chance it regardless?

Hi guys,
So the Mrs. (who is German) got us tickets to Germany v Scotland match in Dortmund last year, as the DFB seems to actually know how to operate ticket sales.
With no thanks to the SFA I have not been able to return the favour (SSC member but no chance to buy 2 tickets together until the last minute at which point they sell out so fast).
If anyone has a lead on 2 tickets it would be very much appreciated.
P.S. given the reaction in other threads, before anyone in THIS thread decides I am being unfair on the SFA, I'm not here to have a silly argument.
I would just very much like some tickets please.

Because the way they have done it has actually been pretty fair, in my (and others) opinion. As a paying SSC member you were guaranteed a ticket. Season ticket holders, after shelling out a heap of cash, were promised first dibs on extra tickets. A fair deal as a sign of loyalty. This was made clear when the season tickets went on sale.
Then guess what? You had Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and part of Sunday to buy tickets for you and your wife. Say you were working away without Internet or phone access. Say you were on a campsite for a week, with no mobile signal. Even then, you must have known that there was likely to be an opportunity coming up soon, for you to buy tickets, given how the sales were going. What I don't think you can do is blame the SFA.
Please do not associate paying all that money with loyalty. They are not the same thing.
Write what you want next (I'm sure you will) I am done responding, just want to focus on getting some tickets.
Anyone with 2 spare Gemany tickets please give me a shout.

I know this doesn't help you now it is a sell out, but in the SFA's defence you had a pretty large window, from Tuesday last week until yesterday, to buy tickets.
I appreciate what you are saying, but why the 1 ticket per SSC member in the first place if they are just going to keep doing SSC sales again and again until they are sold out.
Open it to 2 per member, at least on the 2nd round of sales so every SSC member has a shot at 1 on the first round. Just seems silly.
FYI all - Still looking for 2 Germany match tickets as EIFA10 is correct, that did not help me

Assuming the worst - like T.Square being a ticketed fan zone and bugger all of us get tickets as first shout seems to go to LDN locals - where's gonna be next best to tear it up in LDN? Pubs seem pointless. Could do that in Scotland with better banter and cheaper pints. Even if you can find a booking, wee TA tables of 6 folk max dotted around the place isn't gonna make much of an atmosphere. Think there's so few folk going down compared to normal if we don't all head to the same spots it's hardly worth going down at all.
