Can also do that with the train.
The train is actually a bus between Cairnryan and Ayr. Instead of transferring passengers to the nearest station in Stranraer they shuttle between Ayr and Cairnryan.

Like a good few other this was my Scotland away experience. What a start!
Never really spoke about it until the journey home but, both my dad and I said that the day of the game you could sense Scotland would do something. Every corner you turned you bumped in to another Scotland fan, just seemed to be a real good feeling that day without it actually being spoken about.
Been hooked ever since. Not been a game that would match it for atmosphere or result since but cherish every away. Each has there own special memory.
Here's to many more.

We can only dream of having a player score 50 goals these days. Lack of qualification makes it hard for our players to make it to 50 caps never mind goals.

Seems to be quite a few tickets being advertised on the various Tartan Army Facebook pages.

Ended up parking on Queen Mary Avenue. Quickest I've gotten out of Glasgow so far after a game. Will use again unless Scotrail do the unthinkable and provide a half decent service to Stranraer.

Flying out of Prestwick early on the Friday morning. Doesn't look like there's any connections from Glasgow to arrive there on time.
Don't fancy heading up from Stranraer for the Poland game, to return then back up early doors to get to the airport the next morning.
Going to look for accommodation in Prestwick/Ayr.
Anyone else the same?

Forrest wouldn't be my first choice but thought his pace and pressing last night was quite effective. End product is awful though.

Thought the service in Georgia was pretty poor everywhere.
Got to agree. Trying to get a beer most places was a bit of an effort.
My impatience came back to bite me mind you. Got fed up waiting in the Hanger Bar so went across the road. 23 Lari for two beers.

Used Queens Park Recreation Ground for the Northern Ireland game. Went back to use on the Sunday for the Gibraltar game and it was closed. Going to try again tonight.

Tried to find one but couldn't anywhere. Spoke to someone who said it was a twenty minute wait to get one. Hopefully find one on Ebay.

Most sober I've seen an away crowd for a while so that would put to bed the claims that people were too drunk to create an atmosphere.
I'd put it down to the heat, the performance and maybe a bit of jetlag. Took me 22 to hours from my house to the hotel. That's bound to take it out of people.
As mentioned some of the abuse shouted was embarrassing. The performance we witnessed was far from applaud them off the park stuff but, I don't agree with booing the team either.
Number one, it wont solve anything and two I very much doubt any player went out there to lose or enjoyed it.

My Kiev to Amsterdam flight yesterday, they double booked my seat.
Eventually ended up with a seat at one of the emergency exits with nobody beside me so was a bit of a result.

Stayed here a few years ago, right at the bottom of the strip but far enough away for peace and quiet, good location. Old Town a fair trek from here though it is walkable.
Handy for the Sizzling Stone then. One of the best places to eat about.

be a good move for him I reckon, easily a better player than Jerome. Would probably open up Hooper for a loan to Celtic too.
Ricky van Wolfsewinkle (sp?) left to join Real Betis on loan. Maybe opens up room for another forward to come in.

Post on the page saying the admin is giving up due to threats on his life. Absolutely ridiculous!
Was quite useful until the Georgia tickets went on sale and it just went into melt down and has never recovered.
Hopefully get back to sensible(ish) discussion and topics and the new group set up.
