Not really. Its supposed to ensure fair play and to make sure each vote is counted.That could be it. Bundle them all and bung them over there until we're ready to divvy them up. To be honest (as has just been proven) it's a pretty inefficient and public way to cheat.
For example say theres 10 000 votes cast and it comes back 5000 for one side and 4500 for the other then it shows 500 votes are unaccounted or vice versa.

Yep. They count the votes twice. Once all bundled together to get the total number if votes cast then all seperated again, counted and placed in their respective yes/no bundles.

Went a bit wild with excitement and anticipation this evening and went out and got myself a big bag of Revels to see me through the results coming in.
Couple of handfulls in and I've just realised there's no peanut ones anymore.

This is a terrible thing that has happened to this lad but lets think about it first before shouting for war.People who work in these dangerous places or volunteer to go there are very well aware of the risks involved.Don't be fooled by the onrush of Britishness and staying together to fight terrorism that will flood the Brit run Pravda media.The best thing we can do for this guy is to make sure Scotland never again takes part in these wars that cause more sufferring to those we are supposidly meant to be helping.If America and the UK go to war its not because of the atrocities being carried out by ISIS its because oilfields are being threatened.
