"Well we got over the £5,000 mark for doing the 24 hour Three Peaks Challenge in under 22 hours which is really is a tremendous amount of money. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated over the last few months, myself, George, Neil, Andy and John really do appreciate it. Many, many thanks to everyone who have so far sponsored the four guys from Fair City Tartan Army doing the 3 Peaks Challenge. The aim was to climb to the summit of the highest peaks in the three countries making up Great Britain - all within 24 hours. Ben Nevis (in Scotland), Scafell Pike (in England) and Snowdon ( in Wales). They smashed it!! They climbed over 10000 feet, walked over 25 miles and travelled 935 miles........in 21 hours 57 minutes!!
