  1. Once the Sale finished of tickets it surely cant be that hard to setup 'A Waiting list' ticket portal and limit it to x amount of tickets available in this case for all 5 pointers, next day down to 4 pointers etc until the list is full. It would keep things as fair as possible.

  2. I don't think the Travel to the game is a massive issue unless your planning on getting a train fro Central at the last minute.

There's much more of an issue after the game getting back into the centre and catching connecting trains etc.

I was in Nice for the Euros and they had it spot on free buses to and from the stadium. Roads closed/priority routes for matchday buses. Its about time the SFA and Glasgow Councils transport partners offered similar

  3. When Houstie came in 2 years ago the first thing he wanted to change was the fitness levels, even withdrew contract offers from a fan favourite at the time Mark Millar because he was lazy. The team do look a lot fitter this year apparently in the top 3/4 teams in Scotland based on bleep tests and a few other tests most teams do at the start of the season.

Falkirk played pretty poorly last night and let Killie dictate the pace of the game, we didn't cope with the Killie wingers hugging the touch lines trying to stretch the game. and pretty much bypassed our midfield rendering our passing game non existant.

We can improve on Sunday but I suspect Killie can improve and possibly be more clinical than they were last night. Should be a cracker suspect the nerves will start kicking in from Saturday night onwards

He didn't turn up to the collection point.

    End of story.

His ticket wasn't required to be collected. it was sent out in the post and never arrived. He was told the Czech FA would need to reprint a new ticket for him and he would be contacted by phone before the game which never happened.

  5. What the hell is going on with the SSC these days? A friend who always travels with us isn't being awarded his point for the Czech republic game because he never received his ticket and the SSC are pleading blameless and wont award him a point.

He basically never received his match ticket (Fair enough SSC aren't responsible for Royal Mail) and contacted SSC a week before the game. He was advised to leave it a few days it might turn up.

3 days before the game he contacted them again and advised the girls were going out to Prague took his details and said someone would phone him back the day before the game ( it would be upto Czech FA to print the ticket).

My friend never received any call or email fro the SSC and bought a ticket off someone in Prague so he could get to the game. He then contacted the SSC the day after the game (from Stanstead) to complain. He was told it was his own fault he didn't go to the ticket collection point which he didn't even know where it was as he was expecting t be contacted. He was also told he had illegally got a ticket from someone else and it was against ssc rules to do this.

He has since had another phone call with the ssc and sent in Various photos of the trip with him in the ground, hotel, street, pub along with Flight tickets, Hotel info (most of which aren't in his name as I booked it) He is still being told its his fault and the SSC are saying they are completely blameless in all of this. They also advised Photos, Boarding passes etc aren't proof as you can edit pictures etc

They have been a complete shambles, cant remember them ever being so useless in the past. My mate is close to jacking it altogether after this rubbish.

    Rant Over :P

  6. Rogers has been excellent for us the past couple of months after quite a shaky start. isn't quite the finished article so I wonder if he would go back to Aberdeen to be first choice or to sit on the bench. The word from Falkirk is he cant be recalled unless it is agreed by both clubs.

I assume the situation will e sorted today as we've got a Scottish cup game tomorrow. cant see us wanting to let him go back Our backup Keeper has been injured for most of the season and only just getting himself back fit.

  7. Quite glad that one of the most profitable club in Scotland the past few years are flying under the radar in 3rd place. Have been narrowly been beaten by Hibs and Rangers by the odd contentious goal in each occasion. In reality I reckon Falkirk will fall short but we're playing some very good stuff. We're playing Hibs and Rangers back to back next month so time will tell if we can take something off (the big 2) and keep some sort of pressure on at the top.

As a Falkirk fan id be happily finishing 3rd this season and we've got a bit cash to splash next year to make more of a title push.

  8. Georgia will be tough I reckon but we should have the quality to get a win. Sick of hearing from people about reaching the playoffs the last few months. We should have the mentality of trying to top every qualifying group we are in, none of the whole 'there's a big team in our group looks like play offs again' attitude. A win in Georgia keeps us on course for 1st/2nd and automatic qualification simple as.
