Great speech currently being delivered by the FM:

Yes WILL win. Keep the faith and spread the message.

I am increasingly concerned at BBC output regarding the referendum. I'm not one for conspiracies and reading into every jot and tittle but the coverage from our publicly funded broadcaster has been so far from impartial it more than calls into question the integrity of those involved.

What were the reasons offered for voting No?

Might actually buy the Record tomorrow for the first time in years - on that note would be interesting to hear the circulation figures for today versus tomorrow
I was thinking the same. Can't imagine the DR will be forthcoming will the info if it shows a massive increase for the Friday edition, though.

Page 1 of the Record is a giant "NO THANKS".
Today's guest editor - Alistair Darling
Tomorrow's edition guest edited by Alex Salmond.
Yes won the toss and opted to guest edit the Friday edition (higher sales on a Friday, chance to respond etc)

Many thanks biffer and exile - your responses are really appreciated.
It is a subject I am going to have to do some further reading as I know so little about it.
This is a great start - thanks again, guys.

Is anyone involved in this sector?
I am particularly interested to know if any of the major scientific funding sources (eg Wellcome Trust) have suggested their support of academics/projects in an independent Scotland would change.
The reason I ask is that this has been raised with me by a (currently) No voter and I haven't found any direct information from the Wellcome Trust/Research Councils about funding post-Yes.
Anyone in the know?

Nicola Sturgeon has been absolutely superb thus far.
