Bought three tickets for this yesterday, looking forward to it.

We are on the 07.52 from Motherwell on the Thursday and on the 18.30 back on the Saturday.
Came in at £90 return for the three of us, Virgin do a 20% discount for people travelling in groups of 3 to 9, at least they did a few weeks back.
Worth a look.

Three of us booked into a triple room in the Best Western Palm Hotel in Brent Cross (15 minute tube north of Euston on the Northern Line). £174 for two nights between the three of us from the Thursday to Saturday.
Also, booked on the train first thing on Thursday morning from Motherwell to Euston, arriving in London at the back of 12.

From a personal point of view, a Saturday kick off at that time is f**king magic
Should certainly make for a good atmosphere with the amount of people being out for most of the day.

I mentioned a week or so ago that my wee brother who was on zero points got a phone call for his ticket.
Same happened with myself last year when I was on zero points going to Tbilisi.
The lassies at the SSC must get a good laugh hearing all the different excuses

Just watch they don't use a different rate to the one advertised - oh and you'll get pestered by people hanging around the exchange place, claiming they'll give you a better rate if you deal with them!

Currency. What is the best way to guarantee the best exchange rate? Exchanging in Scotland before travelling or by pulling money out over in Prague?

My wee brother just got the phone call saying he has been given a ticket, he was on the waiting list. He was also on zero points.
Looks like the usual excuses must have been rolled out when the random pick ups got announced

Mckay definitely deserves a call up. Wallace I'm not sure about, he has been excellent this year for us but defensively might still be behind a few other candidates.
Jason Holt also can't be far away from being called up if he keeps his form up.

Anyone found any cheap travel options for going out to Malta?
I'm struggling to find anything under £200 return per person (that was from Manchester), wondering if anyone has found anything better than that from any other UK airport?
I'm looking at going out on the Saturday and returning on the Monday.

Atlantic Hotel, £84 for two nights.

Hotel booked as well along with the flights I booked yesterday.
Booked into the Atlantic Hotel, £84 all in for two nights, good deal and appears to be fairly central. That along with our flights comes to £187 per person.
Looking forward to the trip.

Tuesday : Glasgow - Stansted
Wednesday : Stansted - Prague
Friday : Prague - Stansted - Glasgow
All flights with Ryanair. Came in at £145 each, decent deal.

Same thing happened on the same street as the KGB bar. A boy with a real Rangers top came down, at first he looked proud as punch expecting a warm welcome but as soon as he was spied he was hounded and after about 20feet you could see he changed his mind too just get the heid doon and get out of here
Witnessed that at the KGB bar as well.
Total bangers booing the lad., no need for it.

Carry oot currently in the fridge chilling for the 7.52 train from Motherwell tomorrow morning.
Case of corona and bottle of vodka between the three of us, can't wait to get going.
