The Parkhead factor I would reckon although the England away fans do indulge in this from time to time anyway. I never actually noticed it at the game although feck knows how not as I was right next to them.
I'm surprised it's being given so much airtime tbh.
Have to agree with jts73, the English guys I spoke to were fine and just looking forward to the game. A lot of their fans were givjng it the 'come ahead' gestures but there was an equal amount applauding our fans. It wasn't reciprocated by many mind you
Twice in a row we have been completely outsung by the away support though. Changed days indeed.
Really? I could barely hear the Ireland fans, English were loud though but their team was pumping us.

Came out of nowhere and done well for us, only 22, give him time and hell become a solid player for us. Started a thread on here before bout him. Think he could reach 100 caps..

Need to qualify for the Euros to join them in a group there, now THAT would be better!!
-
Thing is I wasn't even pissed off or anything last night, they're our rivals and always will be but let's leave it for the competitive games. If Arbroath played a friendly v Montrose it would be shite tae, just no the same when it's a friendly.

Moan moan moan.
It's 5 month away. Put away £2 a week if it's that bad, I'll be there hoping for a cricket score and enjoying a Friday/Saturday/Sunday night bender in Glasgow!

This was a great trip topped off with 3 (count them!) cracking goals for Scotland.
Funny that was just going to post that... 3 belters

Like the Ireland match, they have been releasing tickets in small batches so it looks like tickets are always close to selling out.
Much easier than admitting the pricing was wrong.
Yes they were. But not on the day/s leading upto the game they have nothing whatsoever to gain by keeping them on hold this late on. Ireland game and now this one sold out.

''Parkhead will be a fine host of the first Auld Enemy game held away from Hampden or Wembley since 1926''
Interesting fact

After watching a whole lot of them think it would be good to see everybody's favourites.
Love this one from the Italy game.

Also this tribute to Faddy is immense, what a guy. 'Dunno if I'll ever be good enough to play for Scotland' class..
Be good to keep this updated with games etc takes ages finding decent videos from them

in TA specific
A lot of people would be coming into the stadium not knowing what was going on though. Look at KO time on Friday, place was 3/4s full, drunk fans in stairwells/outside ground etc not knowing it was happening. Better with a minutes applause
-
40,000 would be an embarrassment.restricted view only in North stand upper.
5k of them. Think it'll be near a sell out come Tuesday.
-
Rooney expecting a hostile atmosphere. Let's hope we deliver it..

Fuk 3rd place. We'd draw Gareth Bale..
