  1. I have same issue re my Switzerland tickets (swapped my hungary ones, well the seat with at least!)

After a complete nighmare experienced on the booking site and an expensive first game choice!, I thought I would start a thread for future ticket swap. many of us have single tickets for a different category form our friends/family

    e. g.

I have a fans ticket for Swiss game and my son has cat3. if someone has the same issue we can agree to add the 'seat with' codes now for each other and swap the tickets later.

I'm happy to take either category in the swap to sit together.

    if interested message me

    Cheers

Problem is once you've bought you can't get back in to see what's available, i always enjoyed watching Hampden sell when tickets go on sale but cant be that nosey b***ard now!

theres an option to cancel a ticket! but i wonder if you could book another category. i wanted to change a fans to a cat 3 for hungary as my son only got Cat 3 but was scared to cancel incase i couldnt get it.

    a bird n the bush!

I had €30 tickets for Switzerland and Hungary in my basket at 12:01 and it wouldn't let me get to the payment stage for a few tries then emptied my basket 😖

By the time I went back in the FF were gone but I'm more than happy with Cat3 for those games. Really easy to enter the other lads order numbers as well, so hopefully we're all sitting (standing) together.

It'll be interesting to see how many paid for the top bin Munich prices, FF and Cat 3 were gone within the first 5 minutes or so!

i had 50 euros one also wnt to pay then froze and my payemnt was stuck then could buy others. my sons card got blocked after his first payment. we were both thrown out twice and ended up with dfferent tickets for Hungary match. had to get 2 cat 3 for game 1. it was a fiasco. i remeber whe you submitted you wanted two tickets and they just allocated you two in the cheapest Cat available  in order of points. that the way Nimo did it. at least you got seats together and you mostly got the seat price you asked for!

I thinks it’s 3 codes for today and from tomorrow only 1 for 11 pointers!

Yeh its not clear the also state in the mai

"Members on 32-12 points will receive an Access Code guaranteeing tickets to all three matches." clear as mud.

  6. does anyone know if we will receive three codes or one for for all three games. its not clear and the info from SFA seems to contradict one for each game? will you be able to buy one ticket at a time? or you have to buy all three in one shot?

I don’t necessarily disagree but it’s not something that is normally considered.

Whether having more loyalty points should entitle someone to first go at cheaper tickets is debatable but it’s not how it normally works. The SFA alway base the sales schedule on how many tickets are an available and open the sale to the number of members accordingly and don’t take the price into consideration. Admittedly there isn’t normally such a difference between the cheapest and most expensive tickets.

The vast majority (if not everyone who wants one) of 32-12 pointers will get a ticket for the Germany game for €195 tomorrow.

Maybe it’s something the SFA will consider if we continue to qualify regularly?

When you have 4 in a family 195 becomes a bit much!

There is a 49 euro pass- but only on regional trains ( not ICE or high speed).

Could possibly go long distance by breaking up your journey , but that would need a lot of planning

Ive booked hotels for the three venues for 2-4 days so have a 2-3 days inbetween each venue so plenty time for stop overs on the way. just made sure we had somewhere to stay on day before and the match day. Prices were flying up as i was booking after the draw

Me and my pal (big Mike for those that know us) just nailed our itinerary and thought i'd share it in case anyone else is thinking about doing a couple of other towns where we aren't playing and in case any lone soldiers want to meet up:-

    (all June)

Munich Wed 12th to Sat 15th (3 nights)

Leipzig Sat 15th to Mon 17th (2 nights)

Cologne Mon 17th to Thu 20th (3 nights)

Nuremberg Thu 20th to Friday 21st (1 night)

Stuttgart Fri 21st to Monday 24th (3 nights)

Rail pass for four days in any month = €206 or €275 1st.

I'm based down south and booked Lufthansa 13.50 on Wed 12th Heathrow to Munich and back Swiss from Stuttgart via Zurich on Monday 24th leave 19,20 arr 21.45. it was about £350 but that was biz class as you get the seats, luggage, fast track, lunge, food and drink thrown in so it was only marginally more than standard.

    Cannae wait !

I thought that they were introducing a special rail pass for fans with tickets

there is also a monthly pass that was 50 Euros talked about?

  11. so does anyone know that if you buy one ticket using your code (to get booking referenc) and then your family memmber logs in and does the seat with option. can you then log in again and buy a ticket for the next game?

    its a shit show.

how the hell do you get a family of four to book tickets for three games together.

    defo cant afford 195 tickets!

I have said  a few times I think that 12-32 pointers will all get the lower 2 priced categories if thats what they want. Mind you 195€ ain’t that low! In the stadium in Munich it looks to me from the ticketing plan there are less fan first tickets by % of the whole stadium than some grounds but quite a high number of cat 3 tickets, so think they will be the highest volume will be allocated. Time will tell though!

    IMG_4137.png

theres defo not enough fans tickets in the munich stadium unless tey allocate some cat3 tickets as fans tickets. but i doubt they will reduce the price! probably only 3-4k of 50 Euros

I bought from a reseller in belgium. it was a risk but they sent me the tickets to phone and there was no issue getting in. they were expensive i remember

Unfortunately you need to buy individually and if you’re in different categories you won’t be seated together. There’s also no guarantee you’ll be seated together anyway. At the last Euros we filled in all the appropriate bits for the 5 of us to link orders. Worked at Hampden a treat and all together. For Wembley 4 of us together and one 100 yds away. PS  Good luck on Wednesday. We’re having another  stress masterclass at mine on Wednesday lunchtime to buy. Brilliant to have the first  game but feel we’re being a bit punished re: the prices being 195€ for 2nd cheapest tickets. It’s probably  a  once in a lifetime experience. I think that the most any 32-12 pointers will be forced to pay is the €195 as I don’t think we’ll get many cat 1 and 2 tickets. Really feel for 11 pointers having to decide on paying up €600 when all other group games are max of €200. UEFA should be selling the tickets to qualifying teams for this game at the same price bandings as the other group games and only charging outwith that the higher prices.

holly shit! wasnt expecting to be paying that. where are the ticket prices published?

Apologies for this dumb question but at the part where you can add multiple matches ,  does anyone know if you add the access codes one at a time and go through the ticket choice, or if you add both codes at the same time. I will have to be doing this for both myself and my husband on seperate devices so would rather be prepared.

its a bit of  a nightmare, we have four family tickets to get s need to buy one for each game, then log in for each of the the other members, on different mails and repeat entering the order ref for each of the three venues. you should be able to add seat with members codes in one place, even if their tickets still goes to their individual emails. so i guess you only pick your section. So what happens when you get to the second or third person and theres no more tickets in that category!!! they havent thought this out. its a nightmare. or am i getting this wrong?

  16. for the last euros i bought tickets from a reseller and they sent to my phone, I then transfered one of them to my sons phone. Im assuming it will be the same this time. its just a bar code at the gate at the end of the day. no proof of ID was required

  17. As no Random collection mail sent, I can only assume mine is posted.

flying back to glasgow for the game first and then to faro so hopefully tickets will be on the doorstep.

it would have been helpful if the general mail stated that you would receive a seperate mail if selected otherwise your tickets will be posted??

surely that would have made sense.

pick up location could have been done as a pole.

    albufera or faro?

then the majority of the replies could have decided?

Ive certainly seen a majority of posting saying they are staying in albufera indeed i dont know any one not staying there.

pick up at the ground is always the fall back though.

  18. where ya comeing fea Faz?

there are lots of guy that go to all the home games and the odd away one and i think these guys should get some sort of recognision when tickets are limited before they go on general sale.

and youll have a few guys who want to go on the first away who have a load of home games behind them but they wouldnt get any priority over someone who joined yesterday applying for a ticket for an away game.

so basically every time you go to a scotland game is should be recorded but of course away games counting for more value.

    does that make sense?

obviously it wouldnt have mattered for Faro as there was plenty. but wembley next time may be a different issue.

if we got 20000 and only 10000 had points then shouldn't their be a way of deciding how to prioritise other faithful fans

anyway Ive got my tickets for faro and now up to 2 points so i'm happy!!!!

  19. Must be counting the points for home games too

Nope all away games and about 14 home ones too.

Although heaps of grief from the missus for that games she didnt get to go! (somebody has to look after the kids :wink2:

She booked me into local hotel after one trip and said don't come home! She didn't realise two days in a hotel to recover from hangover was excellent!

Problem is points soon get wiped now with more away friendlies.

I think all members should get some credit for home games too especially if they travel 15000 miles to get there! as will be the case for the Poland game
