TA Sunshine Appeal Posted February 9, 2016 Share Posted February 9, 2016 The Steering Group of the Tartan Army Sunshine Appeal have chosen the Rafael Lorraine Association as the recipients of a donation when Scotland play in Metz.(Each year, the amount to be donated per match for the coming 12 months is decided at our AGM. Our AGM is in April so we won't know until then how much will be being given). The Association helps provide activities and tries to make the dreams come true of Children and Adolescents fighting against disease.They say:- Parce que beaucoup d'enfants et familles sont touchés par la maladie, nous avons décidé d'apporter une touche de gaieté pour que leurs quotidiens soit moins pénibles...Nous agissons comme nous savons le faire :Par l'intermédiaire de rencontres, de spectacles, de tournois sportifs...Nous espérons illuminer leurs visages, pour que durant ce temps ils ne se préoccupent plus de leurs soucis...Battons nous ensemble, pour un meilleur lendemain(Because many children and families are affected by disease, we decided to bring a touch of gaiety to their daily lives In an effort to make them less painful ...We act like we know how:Through meetings, shows, sports tournaments ...We hope to light up their faces, so that during that time they care less about of their worries ...Let us fight together for a better tomorrow).It is anticipated that the presentation will be on the afternoon of the match.
