I love it when I'm right. It does pose a problem though, how is Donald going to protect thse poor oppressed christians from the baddies in the middle east, guess he'll have to send in the 'kid on' christians to do the killing.

And what about those responsible for the acts themselves?

It's not the way I would have preferred to have made my point, but folk were either doubting or making light of the Christian genocide.

More Christians have been martyred in the past 100 years than in the rest of history combined (and it's only going to get worse).

So looks a lot like Scotty was 100% right and you were 100% wrong.

The interim report said the main impact of "genocidal acts against Christians is exodus" and that Christianity faced being "wiped out" from parts of the Middle East.

It warned the religion "is at risk of disappearing" in some parts of the world, pointing to figures which claimed Christians in Palestine represent less than 1.5% of the population, while in Iraq they had fallen from 1.5 million before 2003 to less than 120,000.

"Evidence shows not only the geographic spread of anti-Christian persecution, but also its increasing severity,"

Christians were doing OK in Iraq until the west got rid of Saddam, as for Palestine, theres a few good reasons for declining numbers.

Taking it back to JFK

This is a really good video - unless you are a believer in some of the more ludicrous conspiracy theories rather than the plausible ones

I see The Donald has banned other countries technology being used by US tech companies.

It seems only the NSA can spy on Americans.

Facebook Busts Israel-Based Effort To Disrupt Elections Around The Globe

In the last seven years, the group spent $800,000 on Facebook ads to influence elections in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

said Thursday it banned an Israeli company that ran an influence campaign aimed at disrupting elections in various countries and has canceled dozens of accounts engaged in spreading disinformation.

Nathaniel Gleicher, Facebook’s head of cybersecurity policy, told reporters that the tech giant had purged 65 Israeli accounts, 161 pages, dozens of groups and four Instagram accounts.

Pretty shocking that this is happening in the 21st century.

Trump again declares himself an “extremely stable genius,” in a news conference that began with him summoning his staffers to emphasize how calm he was in a meeting with lawmakers he walked out of yesterday.

  • 2 weeks later...

Maybe his Scottish roots played a part today as he delivered a massive boost to Scottish Independence by confirming (though later detracting) that the NHS would be part of any trade deal

As we all know from the BBC by the time the detracting is done the seed has already been sown ...

He walked right into that and did similar by saying that Corbyn wanted to see him but he refused.

I get that he's only interested in how he looks in the USA and particularly to his base but both those put Corbyn in a better light here and no doubt he'll make hay with those especially as sections of the media were giving him he'll for "boycoting" Trump.

This whole "milkshaking" thing is getting fucking ridiculous.  It's nothing less than assault and should be treated as such.  If Trump, Brexit, UKIP supporters were going round doing this there would be fucking uproar.

See when Theresa May goes abroad is there any people in the crowd that are Theresa May supporters ?

Point being - Why is there supporters of a foreign leader in this country ?

Weird situation isn't it
