andymac Posted December 3, 2015 Share Posted December 3, 2015 Don't work for openreach but have had fibre installed at about 80 locations. Phone them up (Virgin, BT, SKY) not openreach. They will be able to give you a fairly good estimate of the fastest available speed and what technology is in the area (cable, FTTC, ADSL2+). They will know if they are in the area or soon will be: if they can't connect via their own network they resell BT. Presumably they will know about expansion plans.
