Guest faircity
Good game that i thought. You do have to laugh at the referee though, minimum 3 minutes injury time, of which 1 minute is used up for a head knock to a Celtic player, yet he plays 3 minutes and 10 seconds injury time. Rossy
Should the Dons have had a penalty ?
AberdeenAngus
At one point a bit of a doing looked on the cards. But fair play to the team - they rolled up their sleeves and got tore into Celtic and again proved that attacking them is your best form of defence. Very strong penalty claim turned down too to add to the frustration.
dandydunn
Should the Dons have had a penalty ? I would've said yes (with dons glasses on),it would've been soft and I would be raging if it was given against us,but his arm was flying about and blocked the ball. AberdeenAngus
Should the Dons have had a penalty ? Yes. Would definitely have been given against other teams and would have been given the other way round.
Angus_Young
Decent game to watch. The Baddies should have had that finished by half time. Aberdeen really didn't use the ball very well. Fair play to them for not throwing in the towel though and definitely caused a few problems after pulling one back, without really having anything clear cut. Fair result IMO. EDIT - for the penalty, defo seen them given and whilst the ball played the man he did have his arm out. One of them that you feel it's incredibly soft if it's given against you. Scotty CTA
The difference in one sentence IMHO would be the unexpected speedy return of Brown for them and the absence of Anderson for us.

Granted I've only seen either team a couple of times but it was more than that surely? Brown did play well I have to say but Aberdeen were struggling to cope with more than just him. First half it was like you boys were afraid of the ball. One thing that really did surprise me was how poorly Aberdeen coped with the physical side of things, especially early on. Again though I haven't seen much of them so probably can't comment on how normal that is? How has Goodwillie done for you out of interest? Some nice touches.
