As this game draws nearer, i'm thinking about the atmosphere on the day etc. We have a noisy , large away support but our selection of songs are absolutely dire. Three tunes and we run out of options. Our away support should be bouncing about like the Dortmund fans. Wish we could come up with some thing better than Doe a Deer.

Agree ' twist and shout' , I was hoping it would catch on with us after seeing Coventry fans sing it.

There's a cracking Glasgow band called Prides who I'm daft on. Any of there 3 songs Messiah, Out of the blue, I should know you better.

And years ago for France 98 was there not a song called Scotland United? Or was that bands name? Anyway a cracking song the chorus alone would sound great in the stands. If anyone is good enough to post lyrics.

one for Saturday could be

he paid for your ground

he paid for your ground

Sepp Blatter

he paid for your ground :sing:[/quote

England fans have just sang that but instead of ground they said grass.

Time to resurrect this one as I first heard it at Lansdowne Road at the friendly in 2000

We hate Coca Cola

We hate Fanta too

We're the Tartan Army

And we drink Irn Bru

(Altogether now...)

Twist and Shout has to be the new tune, superb.

After seeing the Well fans sing it for ages whilst being kept behind at Ibrox , that would be my choice as well.

Dear god. If we start singing that on Saturday I'm walking out. ?

It used to be.

I've been going to Scotland games for many a year and I can't remember that song being sung.

Mind you, it's fair to say I haven't always been 100% sober at the games. ?

We used to sing twist and shout at Stirling Albion games in the early nineties.
